This location doesn't look anything like other Rainbow stores I've visited in the past. First of all, it's packed with everything everywhere. I started in juniors and a few steps led me into the plus section. These stores always have a bunch on clearance but most of the stuff could be labeled as "the last thing someone would wear on earth". No knock on the store, maybe I'm "getting" old? (Long sigh) I did happen to find a decent long cardigan for the office when it's chilly. The store associates were pretty nice and the reason why there are 2 stars up there. What burned my britches was the dirt. I can't be the only one who saw it. I don't mean surface dirt either, I mean grime like someone just doesn't give a damn. I shouldn't go in a store and get dirty, right? It's filthy and kind of insulting. I happen to hate when businesses don't keep their establishments in proper order just because they set up house in a seedy part of town. It sends a very negative message. It goes without saying, this clothing is not going to hold up as it wasn't made to last. It was made so we can change it up a little bit and maybe let some flesh hang out, go to the club or "catch" or just have fun with it. Ladies....you know...those skin tight jeans (jeggings) that make the crowd go wild, right? Well, they're here. I'm not a snobbish type of shopper. I'll visit both high and low end stores and I love thrifting but I can't find any reason to visit this store again. read more

Lack of customer service - there were approximately 3 employees and 1 manager in the store that talked amongst their selves and didn't offer any assistance. read more
