Obvious poor management by this institution has lead to several citations from the Department of Human Services. You can look these up for yourself online. In my opinion, the leadership in this organization, the School Board, director, and the administrators, are some of the least trustworthy people I have encountered. In attempting to remedy our concerns, we were lied to, gaslit, and eventually ignored. Example: After receiving assurances on record that our tuition would be on hold until an investigation was completed on the safety of the classroom, they then tried to charge us and terminated out good standing so they would no longer have to answer our questions or bring any conclusion to our concerns. We have since learned from other parents that several children were harmed in the same manner. In my experience, this institution is more concerned about their public appearances and generating income for the church rather than providing a safe environment for children. My family plan is to stay as far away from this building and these people as possible.

We were told they would have food for him, would make sure he wasn't watching youtube or tv while there and no one except staff and kids could enter the building. Masks were required. Perfect! At pick-up I came to learn that he was instructed to "nap" for 2-3 hrs after lunch. He was allowed to be awake as long as he wasn't sitting up. This is maybe acceptable for a toddler but not a school aged child.
