This is a pretty cool place in that it has a lot of different things to do. Bowling, kegelbahn, badminton, an arcade and more. They also have a restaurant and bar area so you can order food and drink while playing, which is nice.
While I like the facility, we had bad experiences with the employees. At the bowling area my wife and her sister ordered Radlers and when they arrived it tasted like 90% beer with a splash of soda, which is pretty gross. When my wife asked about this (we thought they just gave them a beer), the bartender who made it became defensive and said that's just how he makes them. When she asked if he could fix it, he said he could but then would have to charge her for an extra Sprite because he would be using more Sprite than how he normally makes it. When she pointed out other places don't make it like that and she paid for a normal Radler, he seemed offended. He ultimately did nothing to make it right.
While we were upstairs in the arcade, someone touched the emergency exit door and the alarm started going off. It took them probably 15-20 minutes before anyone even came to see what was making the noise, despite the fact that I saw employees looking up and wondering what it was and other people went down to tell them about it.
When we left we decided to sit down in the restaurant to get dessert and possibly one last drink. We sat there for 10 minutes, being completely ignored by the people working there. They walked in and out of the kitchen, looked over at us many times, and then walked away to set up tables in the other room for the next day. After 15 minutes or so, we just walked out without having gotten anything.
All in all it's a nice place with a lot of fun options, but the people just really made it a mediocre experience. read more
