Read before you decide!!…read more Dr. Le was an unsupported doctor during my pregnancy back in 2021-2022. He definitely talked more than listened. I ask to be put on disability for my job and he didn't accept it. Instead he gave me an excuse for about 2 weeks. This was because I was followed by a van with two men. These men followed me to my sisters schools and to my father's store. As well I was going through a lot and was living at my mothers house at the time of. My oldest sister was going through cancer and was later put on hospice and died 2 months before I gave birth. Dr Yeo was the one who actually found out about my sisters cancer back in 2015 which no doctor could find out the solution on what was the problem. But her my sister cancer worsen in 2021 and had a surgery and was put on hospice right after. And instead of listening to me he recommended me to go to therapy. Therefore, I quit my job and struggled to pay my bills as well. If Dr. Le really cared for his patients then he would of helped me in a better with by the very least of listening to me. I would of rather changed my OBGYN to Dr. Yeo even though he's old school. But I had too much stress to even change my doctor. Thaun Le cares more about his money than patients.

When I first came to Dr. Le, I was really desperate. His receptionist listened to me and empathized with my situation. It was so relieving to finally be heard. She arranged for me to be seen and Dr. Le immediately took action. It was a challenging time, but I slept much easier knowing that Dr. Le was doing everything he could for my baby and I. I am so relieved to know that I have found the best OBGYN. Dr. Le is the only doctor that has ever taken the time to truly listen to me and actually address my concerns. Thank you, Dr. Le. Thank you, Elise. Thank you to the amazing team of receptionists. I'm so grateful for everything you all have done for my family.

My experience at Brockton OB-GYN Clinic was very disappointing…read more It began with Dr. Y. Soe, MD at Riverside University Hospital, who overlooked my fibroid symptoms and kept treating surface issues instead of addressing the root cause. She continued prescribing me Vitamin D supplements--even though Vitamin D is known to help shrink fibroids--and ignored my pain. Instead of real solutions, I was dismissed and delayed until I was referred here. Patients deserve better than being passed around without proper care. At Brockton OB-GYN, the problems only continued. From my first visit, the staff entered my age and birth year incorrectly (listing me as 28 when I am 38). I also had to explain that I had already completed a CT scan and a pelvic MRI with contrast, and the PA instructed me to email those results so the doctor could review them at my next appointment. When I returned, I arrived early and waited as expected. However, when I met with Dr. Carlo Garibaldi, I immediately felt dismissed. He gave me a vague handshake and seemed impatient, telling me he didn't have time because he had other patients--even though this was my scheduled appointment. He questioned whether I had really emailed my CT results, despite the fact that I had already provided them to the staff. I tried to explain my symptoms--severe back and leg pain, abdominal swelling, urinary issues, difficulty walking or sitting for long periods--but he brushed them off, saying the fibroid size was "too small" to be causing my pain. He pushed hormonal birth control even though I had already explained I don't want that treatment, and he spoke about surgery without compassion, including removing my uterus. He even questioned my marital status and whether I wanted children, which felt judgmental and irrelevant. What upset me most was the lack of compassion and professionalism. My records were wrong, my prior tests were ignored, and I left feeling dismissed instead of cared for. I will not be continuing my care with Dr. Garibaldi or this clinic. No thanks to Dr. Y. Soe, MD at Riverside University Hospital for starting this chain of negligence and delay, and no thanks to Brockton OB-GYN for continuing it. Because of their lack of proper care, I am now seeking out my own treatment and traveling to Texas, where doctors specialize in treating fibroids and preserving women's uteruses with respect and compassion.

I truly appreciate Dr. Gomez as he's the first OBGYN to listen to my concerns and provide clear…read moreanswers + guidance. The staff is also professional, kind, and patient with all my questions. So glad I found Dr. Gomez.

I was on hold for a very long time (to the point where you let your iPhone do the auto hold and it lets you know when to pick up because the wait time was so long). Once I spoke with someone, she took all my insurance information down and said "we'll text you within 2 business days about your coverage and to schedule an appointment". I waited 4 weeks to get a text at 4:30pm (which they state in the text that they close at 4:30pm, so I couldn't call right then to make an appointment). The text included that I was covered and to call them to make an appointment. I call the very next day on 3 separate occasions to make an appointment with no answer (and long wait times). It's very frustrating that an office practices like this. And it makes me even more wary that if this is the experience just to make an appointment, what the rest of this practice is like.

As for the appointment itself everything was throughly explained by Porsche and she made me feel heard. Thank you so much for giving me peace of mind in such a stressful situation. I will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends!(:

No long waits I was called in the back within 5 min the Doctor came in about 15 min later. Everyone seems so nice so far. The equipment was up date. This is the type of doctor office I'm use too! Two things I don't like so far is 1. I was told by the Doctors nurse I can not refuse to have a student come in. I have never ever heard that before as I have in the past and recently refused. I've normally been asked if it's ok if a student comes in but here you have no say so! & they don't even have the decency to ask if it's ok! I really don't like that and it may make me change offices again because I'm really not comfortable with that. I understand what a student is and does but I still don't want it. 2. I left a message 2 days ago to have the nurse or Doctor call me to clarify something important about my baby I'm still waiting on that call! It really worried me & I could not sleep. So I took matters into my own hands and found out the information about my baby was not the case as I paid for a 3D ultrasound. I'm seeing a Obgyn for my pregnancy seeing Doctor Azawi she seems friendly so far. Hope it continues to go well.

Attached are pictures of my hand, which is still hurting days after having the IV catheter removed…read morefrom it I can't begin to tell you how devastating, disappointing, re-traumatizing, and stressful my experience with UCR Women's Health and Riverside Community Hospital was on June 29th. I came in for a surgery at 12:00pm and was hooked to a painful IV for six and a half hours while fasting since 11:30pm the previous night, only to have to cancel my surgery because I was told that it would start at 8:00pm, start later than 8:00pm, or get cancelled entirely because of an emergency. Before coming in, I was told a completely different story: that I would wait only two hours, have my surgery, recover for an hour and a half, and go home at around 4pm. Instead, they completely diverged from that schedule and kept me starved of food and deprived of water for about 19 hours before I left and never received care. If I had gotten my surgery at 8pm, I would've been deprived of food and water for over 22 hours. I followed pre-op perfectly, was anxious for days, had blood taken from me twice (I have a fear of needles), went through a ton of paperwork, waited for months, and shifted my schedule and classes around for my surgery all for nothing except torture. On top of being neglected at RCH and told unprofessional things like "she's our baby" (which infantilized me in front of Dr. Nahas) and "this isn't a hamburger" (to dismiss my valid questions about the wait time), I was never given an apology for the horrible experience I was subjected to and was expected to end it myself. When the extreme physical and emotional stress from waiting in the hospital for hours and dealing with unprofessional staff sent me into a trauma response, I started sobbing and panicking. As a result, nurses told me that they would call my anesthesiologist to ask for anxiety medication, but they never did. Staff at RCH didn't even give me my anesthesia consent papers. Nobody cared that I had prior medical trauma and that I was being brave by even stepping in the hospital room at all. Instead of feeling respected for being a responsible adult who is taking control of her future and feeling empathized with, I at times felt looked down upon or ignored. There are a few things that make me feel like I'm essentially being deprived of surgical care through UCR Women's Health. First of all, I haven't officially been promised that I would be first or second in line instead of third or given surgery at a reasonable time of day if I reschedule. This makes me extremely hesitant to do so. I don't want to end up in another horrific situation. Second of all, Dr. Natalie Rivera told me on the very day that my surgery was supposed to happen that she wouldn't be available until over a month later--specifically August, a month when I'll have a massive student workload, my post-op driver is out of town, and I have to move out of my apartment. I should be able to reschedule for July since my surgery didn't go as planned. I even called UCR Health for rescheduling during office hours and nobody picked up the phone to help me. Someone should have called ME for rescheduling after my surgery got ruined. I am extremely disgusted by the way I've been treated and am still trying to receive the surgical care I need, even though I have to go through the whole miserable pre-op process all over again (likely somewhere else at this point). Science forbid I end up giving birth, suffering, and surrendering an infant to a hospital one day because nobody gave me the sterilization I wanted. I literally can't get my surgery after August either because then I'll have in-person classes and I won't be able to rest for at least two weeks. Someone should've told me that this was a risk so that I could find a different healthcare provider. My whole life is being disrupted. I'm already taking over 5.5 years to graduate with my BA, so I'm not letting this disgusting negligence turn it into over 6 years or never by dropping my August summer courses. They apparently want me to be degree-less, poor, pregnant, and potentially homeless. I HAVE A LIFE, A RELOCATION, AND AN EDUCATION TO THINK ABOUT! Fernando Reyes, the office manager: This man is a monster with zero empathy Note: I felt throughout all of this that there was underlying misogyny. Even first coming into the hospital, a nurse assumed that my surgeon was a man and one of my consent forms used the pronoun "he" for surgeons. The person who told me that surgeries aren't hamburgers was a man who has no idea what it's like to be this vulnerable as a young woman. Being called a baby as someone who acts differently when under stress also came off as misogynistic.
