After two attempts, the pond dam is still not set at the appropriate grade. The overflow has damaged the property well outside of the pond dam. As well, the pond still leaks, after a single attempt to fix it with a minimal amount of bentonite. After many, many months of waiting, they still could not find the time to address these issues. I never asked for any monies to be returned, but they are clearly not willing to take the time to properly address the problems. I am going to have to pay another company to fix these issues.
