I offered to move it, was told not to worry, when you get it moved I'll come fix it. Its now almost the start of fall and still hasn't been fixed. She blames me for not having it moved. Aways stayed in touch. Said she be there to fix it, something always came up. Now she's being very rude. I will never use her company again. I can't speak highly enough of Hilary and her team. The work was completed in full, on time, and…read moreis of excellent quality. The price was amazingly competitive. I sought quotes from several contractors to do this job, Hilary's cost was roughly half that of the nearest bid, one third that of many of the other bids. The quoted price was the price I paid - no surprise bills or charges. The materials for the job were paid at cost, no markup. The work was completed by Hilary and a sub contractor, both of which did excellent, quality work - repairing damage from a frozen pipe last winter to better quality than before. I can't recommend them highly enough. If I have further home repairs, I know exactly who I'm going to call - Super Bash Bros, LLC! There are many unscrupulous contractors out there, but Super Bash Bros is one you can trust. They'll get the job done and do it right, for a very competitive price.

About noon Monday, and I did not hear from them so I called. They told me they had some things come up. When asked what those things were since I was supposedly in the books, they said well, county and city things. I was really miffed as my husband is 86 and we were counting on them to be here so we called no one else. She said she would talk to her manager and get back with me. Sure they would. Not a peep. Bad customer service here. A call at least would have been nice instead of keeping people hanging.. Bad business.
