If you are waiting for them to get back with you, well don' hold your breath. It will be a week or more if you are purchasing and 2-3 weeks if at all if you have a return. This allows them to go past the 30 days and you are out. Would not recommend doing business here ever.

Sam Harris is very informative and provides good education about the products, options, materials, costs, and ventilation requirements to extend the life of the shingle. The contractors were efficient and installed everything including new flashing correctly and replaced wood as needed. I had a broken pipe that had some issues prior to the installation that was repaired correctly which could have gone unrepaired. It was a big roofing project that went above expectations. Definitely will use this on our Katy house in the future.
