If you don't make the first calls through out the case they will not bother to update you or tell you even what all you need to get the case moving. They told me in writing that I will be paid for every single medical bill, whether or not, I have made payments on them or not now that our case is finally over at the very end, they failed to get us all of our medical payout, and we owe about $15,000 that we were supposed to be paid. I have uploaded a screenshot from May 11, 2023 from the lawyer, stating that we will be paid for every penny for the medical whether or not we paid or not which was a Complete lie Do not use these lawyers, or you will have to hire another lawyer to go after them For malpractice You don't even want to know the rest of the issues that they have caused. Do not ever use these guys. They are the worst of the worst. With my case, An Uber driver was recklessly, driving and racing, trying to show off his fast car and the lawyers never documented that it was a negligence case and treated it as a normal accident.
