My fiancé and I are attending a concert at the Metro just a few doors down. We really wanted some chicken and thought to get Canes! I must say, I live in the suburbs and the other Canes are not as clean as this location is. Mind you, I also attend the Michigan Ave location often and it's not nearly as nice as this one!! The staff is super kind, and they have someone cleaning the tables and sofa area often. This is a very well kept location, and it's conveniently near Wrigley! Service is quick and food comes out hot! I got the 3 finger combo that comes with 3 chicken fingers. This really was the perfect amount for me. However I realized later that for about $1.50 more I could've gotten another finger and coleslaw with the box combo. I'll probably go between the two depending on how hungry I am next time. Every time I've had raising canes, the chicken is tender and juicy. The sauce goes well with their chicken and fries. Their Texas toast is buttery, soft goodness! Let me preface this review stating I know it's a fast food chain but this was my first time trying Raising Cane's after being inundated with it on social media. Bottom line: I don't get the hype / it's highly over-rated in my opinion. The Wrigleyville restaurant was exceptionally clean, felt new, and the staff were very friendly and food was made quickly and served hot. The store is clearly well managed and you can tell the staff took their jobs seriously while being friendly and fun. The location is across the street from Wrigley Field which may make it a game day favorite for some. The food was very mediocre. I ordered the four piece chicken tenders combo which came with fries, slaw, sauce, bread, and a lemonade. The lemonade was tart and not overly sweet which was nice but after a few sips I felt maybe a little more sugar would have helped it. The chicken seemed fresh but the tenders were a little greasy (not the crispy tenders I had imagined from ads), however, the chicken itself was juicy and seemed fresh. It's just breading itself could use some more work to correct the recipe. The sauce wasn't bad think a mild thousand island with black pepper- a nice ranch would have been better. The fries were flavorless and just felt greasy- I ate a few and threw the rest away (not worth the calories). The bread was ok- nothing remarkable. In Summary: if you're looking for chicken tenders and fries in Wrigleyville Do-Rite Donuts on Addison has better food. As a fast food chain, personally, I would probably seek other establishments with more interesting / flavorful food. For me the menu / food is two stars. The restaurant cleanliness and staff are five stars. All in all- three stars: it's just ok. read more

The customer service was good but the food was terrible! The chicken is extremely bland, it was so moist it turned to mush in your mouth, the cooking oil for the fries needs to be changed, the lemonade was watered down & had a weird aftertaste taste. I will not try them again! read more

We stopped at this location a few times because our boys wanted chicken fingers for some crazy reason. This place is always busy, but things move somewhat fast surprisingly. The food was always hot and fresh, and our orders were right so I can't complain about any of those things. I'm here for a Yelp Event, but thought I'd review the actual restaurant too since my experience with or without the event would roughly be the same. This was actually pretty good! I've been to the Harwood Heights location so I wasn't sure which one was more "accurate" to the chain as they are a little different. The service here is outstanding. Especially for Wrigleyville, this is a Mecca for good service and fun vibes. As for the food, I slightly like the HH location better because their chicken is a little skinnier. Not that this one is bad, but two of the fingers were a bit fat. On the bright side, it shows the freshness of the chicken since all sizes were different. Food was quick and hot so that's another plus. The Texas toast is better here (as weird as that sounds) . Their sauce was also a touch spicier than I remember. I didn't mind. Spicier, the better This is in the old Rockit building which was never a great spot for that bar. This space is perfect for Canes as it looks a bit more organic. It's oddly shaped, but it works for this place. Will I be back? Sure! Not sure when I'm going to be needing my chicken fix in Wrigleyville, but this is a pretty solid choice over the other places. Very excited about this location because only a few miles away from the house. No need to travel out to the suburbs to grab yummy chicken tenders. My husband also is a fan and was excited when I annouced that we were grabbing takeout. We arrived to this location which is primely located near to Wrigley Stadium. We were able to find parking but could be an issue on a busy game day. I noticed that the street parking requires a permit further down the next block. Decoration at this location is probably the best that I have seen. I have been to nearly 15 Canes in four different states. After Tempe, AZ location this one is the most glamorously decorated Canes. I will also say this the smallest one that I probably have ever been in. No drive through that I noticed but outside dining was nice. Food: We got a Box each (4 strips, fries, cole slaw, bread, sauce) we always sub cole slaw for either more fries or additional bread. I like more bread and hubby wants more fries. Husband had famous sweet tea and I made Arnold Palmer with unsweetened tea. Food good as always. Sauce was on point. Husband thought tenders were smaller than normal, however I thought they were comparable to the ones in AZ. This location is going to be a hit for this neighborhood. As soon as ballgames are rolling we will visit again. I am sure folks will be getting their Canes before and after the game. The prices here are fantastic. This was my first experience eating Canes chicken and I definitely was not disappointed! The cane sauce is so delicious, but I do also wish that they carried ranch as well. Also the buttery taste of the bread was something that I did not expect from a fast food restaurant, it was so good! Our food came out fast, and the employees were nice. The Wrigley location was pretty cool as there was a lot of Chicago and Chicago Cubs memorabilia that gave you something to look at. read more

Finally, Raising Cane's has arrived, we no longer have to go to the 'burbs for their crispy, juicy goodness! Their prices are better than Chick-fil-A, their seasoning & breading lighter, and the portion size bigger - what's not to love? Plus they have outdoor seating in addition to ample indoor space. Their unsweetened ice tea actually tastes like freshly brewed tea, we always get an Arnold Palmer: half unsweetened ice tea + half lemonade = perfection. They're well staffed and efficient, we got our food within 5 minutes. Definitely check it out before the line builds out the door. read more

This is not my first rodeo at Cane's. When I lived in Kansas, I used to go to Cane's all the time. I was so excited when Chicago got this Cane's and had missed eating it a lot! The service here was so fast. Like, incredibly fast. We waited literally only two minutes. Could be because there was a Cubs game today, so they expected a lot of people. It's very spacious inside there so if you're dining in, it looks like it'd be a nice atmosphere. We did take out for the box combo. Delicious as always. Best fast food fried chicken hands down. I came here with my friends. Ee dat on the edge part of their store. After we ordered, we sat at a table and talked to each other. I can see that the staff and waiter are busy with their job. Gladly our order came really quick. I ordered Chicken Fingers with soft buttery Texas Toast and fries. When I bit the chicken it was too hot. The chicken skin is crunchy and it has an intense flavor. I like the flavor of it. The chicken inside was juicy and soft. I love this chicken. It also gives flavor when I dip it in their sauce. Their fries for me were plain. It had a dalt on it. It was soft and not crunchy. Lastly, I also like the Toast. It was crunchy and I could really taste the butter on it. We spent one hour here and enjoyed the food there. read more

First the restaurant is an obnoxious eyesore. As a neighbor I find it a hideous use of a beautiful vintage building. Second if you only have one menu item it should be amazing. These are just OK. First off, the staff here is so friendly. They are always welcoming you and checking in. They also allowed me to bring my dog in with me to pick up an order, had a treat for him, and made him feel like the most loved dog ever! Second, if something is wrong THEY WILL FIX IT! I had a mix up with an order where a side of something was missing, and within hours the manager had returned my call and comped me my meal. They greeted me while I'm choosing what to order. I tried their The Box Combo that has four chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, one cane's sauce, texas toast, coleslaw and regular foundation drink tea. I must say that their service was quick since it came really fast. I tasted their crinkle cut fries first. It tasted good. It has an exact amount of salt. Then I taste their chicken fingers. When I bite it, it's crunchy and the seasoning is delicious. It deep fry well. Even though you will not deep it in the one cane's sauce it really has a good taste.
