    Two kids meals

We ordered two kids meals through drive through. We got home and found that one kids meal container was nothing but sauces. We called to let Canes know and to request a refund on one kids meal, but the employee refused and provided no solution. Terrible customer service.

Normally, the fries are served fresh and hot, this day, Feb. 24, 2026, they were warm and just a little stale... we were hungary and did not complain... The chicken fingers, side items, drinks, service, all were first class excellent. The place including the restrooms was clean. My only continuing complaint is the music... way too loud and not my style.. what happened to soft music in the background.. so you can talk over lunch? PS... parking is not very well planned out...two regular parking spaces..the rest are for handicapped, call in pickup orders, electric veh only...then employees take up the rest of the parking... really inconvenient... customers come first... add more parking and lower the volume on the music... sell only fresh fries........ make the place perfect.. Cluj Napoca, Romania has Popeyes, Burger King, KFC, McDonalds, Subway, Pizza Hut, etc. but no Cane's Chicken!!!

It was very nice , the interior was super clean and the Music was a good vibe , excellent and helpful service , Diggin the Disco Balls , cool setup. My Canes Basket was $13 and very filling , got a honey mustard sauce , excellent choice , this place is nice and different , I will be back for more.

Stopped by Raising Cane's in Lodi. The chicken tenders were crispy and tasty. The crinkle-cut fries were fresh and well-seasoned. The Texas toast was buttery and soft. Service was efficen and dining area clean. Definitely a go-to spot for great chicken!

A lot of our friends kept telling us to go here so we finally did yesterday. They even had a Yelp event for Elites but unfortunately I could not make it to that but excited there will be more events in the area. Raising Cane's just had their grand opening a few months ago in this area so of course everyone is talking about it. Chicken is very good. The hubs and kids usually go to Popeye's for their chicken strips but they said Canes chicken is way better. Their sauce is very good. I do however think their chicken fingers need to be a little bigger for the price they charge lol but we will definitely go back.

This is your standard chicken strips meal done right. The menu is limited so they can specialize in what they do best - chicken strips. The chicken strips are relatively basic but they are jazzed up with the dipping sauce. The crinkle cut fries are about what you'd expect but I like that you can do your own paper cup of ketchup instead of getting an excessive amount of ketchup packets. I love sweet tea and you can cut it with their unsweetened tea or order their lemonade, which is served from behind the counter. As you'd expect at a southern restaurant, the service is very good, servers are very friendly, and the food is served as soon as the chicken strips are out of the fryer. The location in Lodi is well decorated with lighting and disco balls overhead, plus it has an outdoor patio space and was not busy when we went. Definitely a solid fast food option and easy stop coming back from a day skiing at Kirkwood.

Ordered 2 of the 3 finger combos and found hair in both. Very disappointed and disgusted. And they didn't add my extra canes sauce for the second time and yes I was charged for the sauce.

    There's like no fries

Soggy old food. Way overpriced for the quality. 3 chicken meal, pieces are small and fries soggy and small portioned. Do better.

The last three times I came here they skimped out on me big time with barely any fries and small chicken pieces. Not worth it.

The crinkle cut fries are good, as is the Texas toast that comes with the meal.

The Hot Chicken Sliders were flavorful and paired so well with the special sauce. The Mac N Cheese was decent. The Strawberry Lemonade was absolutely refreshing. The inside of the restaurant was clean. There were a good number of tables and chairs available for customers, indoors and outdoors. Nash + Tender Lodi makes solid chicken slider sandwiches. I recommend stopping by.

But, I really enjoyed the flavor and wanted to try it in person, so we went directly there. I would have to honestly say this is the only way I would recommend eating here since having it piping hot truly makes it a more enjoyable experience. The fries are absolutely FIRE. They're cooked perfectly and seasoned perfectly and while I am not even into fries, these ones I am a fan of! The signs tell you about the spice level, and definitely trust them. The medium is a true medium (just enough spice before a burn). The hot does burn your lips. The ranch is delicious and everything was just so satisfying I couldn't have been happier with it. It does take about 20 minutes for an order, which they notify you that they make it fresh. It is totally worth the wait and the drive to go in-person.

We order the same things generally. Critique why we will generally not go back but do. The week of Austin 3:16, what a joke. Last time. 1st thing i noticed was the lack of customers at a regular time. Wierd. Now I know why. Portions are now DISMINISHINGLY OBVIOUSLY. Sauces: all of them next to each other, I should have taken a pic: one is full, one is half full, the other a quarter full lol. Like, wtf are you thinking serving this? Sides: yikes. Down hill. Went from bowls of sides to 1/3 bowls of sides and fries? The easiest thing to make. Worst fries of all time hands down. It was like they took em off someone elses plate and let them sit then reserved em to see if they would be kicked back. Cook(s) deserve to be fired. I'm not one to send food back so they can spit on it and/or feel a certain way, so I'll just deal with it. But! Joke! And, if I'm being completely real, the cooks need to change their MF gloves. We can see you touching food then your PHONE then people's food. Again. Yeah close the curtain. Staff. And owners. Move on. Be mad at me but everyone who goes there regularly knows it and SEES it. Or they don't because they are drunk. But, customers, you should note. If you order to go, YIKES!!!!! Owners: do not contact me, I see you in there. You already know the issues.

SUMMARY: Good deal for take/out food in this era of high inflation. PROS: Was impressed with how fresh the vegetables were in my Beef w/Broccoli order. Plus a nice balance of flavors. Also, was surprised with the Yen Ching Fried Rice, as it was both filling & flavorful. Finally, the served portions equaled, if not exceeded, the charged prices. CONS: While I was waiting in the dining room for my orders, I was freezing. I don't think they even bothered to turn the heater on, or maybe it just wasn't working. But you can imagine that if you ate in the restaurant, your meal would go cold in a matter of minutes. It's a total shame, since the interior decor is rather nice. Also, while I enjoyed the aforementioned Yen Ching Fried Rice, I felt that the Yen Ching Chow Mein was not on the same level. While the flavors and ingredients were basically the same, I felt that the noodles chosen by the chefs were not top quality, especially taking into account that this is supposed to be one of their signature dishes. SUGGESTION TO MANAGEMENT: Sprinkle some fresh Sesame Seeds on the Dry Fried Chicken, and the dish will look visually appealing. And please turn on the heating in the restaurant during Winter. SUMMARY: If you want good Chinese food at reasonable prices, this place is definitely worth a try.

Nothing the box comes specific with two sauces and nothing. I did call the manager absolutely nothing that he could do for me over the phone, but I wanted to let them know that their employees are getting paid $20 an hour to mess orders up. So don't worry I also already did the survey and I'm gonna talk to corporate. I gave them a slide last week, but seriously your Wednesday crew is definitely lacking. And I know sometimes people might say that's not that big of a deal but it is a big deal. I can't just go back with my autistic child who is already having issues today and the main reason that we go is for their country fried steak deal and if I had the time I would've dug through the bag to make sure everything's there cause I definitely do that at McDonald's. I damn sure make sure I get my barbecue sauce for my kids nuggets before I pull away cause I've done that mistake once before. But when all three boxes are stuffed in a bag and I got him screaming in the background I don't really have time in the drive-through to do that. I just expect these people they get paid $20 an hour to not forget the items that are requirements for the items that are being ordered.
