Unfortunately, their office sent every email to the wrong email address, so I never received any information or notice from them. I only learned about the issue when I unexpectedly received documents from the Supreme Court. When I contacted the lawyer to understand how this had escalated without my knowledge, the communication was unexpectedly rude and aggressive. The basic error of sending all correspondence to an incorrect email address was not acknowledged, even though it was the main cause of the entire problem. A simple verification of the correct contact information could have prevented everything. Because of this situation, I ended up being charged additional legal and court fees, which was extremely frustrating and unnecessary. Overall, the lack of attention to detail and the unprofessional tone made this a very negative experience.
