Rajskie Manu is a Polish and regional restaurant located in the heart of Manufaktura, one of the most popular places to visit in Łódź. We combine traditional Polish cuisine with authentic local flavors, generous portions and warm hospitality.
Our menu features Łódź specialties such as zalewajka soup, cabbage soup with prażoki, kluski żelazne, lepioszki, sauerkraut pancakes, Goose Pipki and Łódź style Brulak with raspberry preserve. We are especially proud of our Goose Pipki, a traditional dish rooted in the multicultural history of the city and awarded the Pearl 2025 prize for the best regional dish.
Guests can also enjoy Polish classics including sous vide duck breast, slow roasted pork knuckle, beef roulade, beef cheeks, pork ribs, chicken de volaille, pulled pork and our famous oversized pork schnitzel.
Breakfast is served every day from 9:00 a.m., with fresh ingredients, aromatic coffee and hearty morning dishes. Rajskie Manu is a great choice for breakfast before sightseeing, a family lunch, a regional dinner or a business meeting.
We welcome school trips, tourist groups, senior groups, families and corporate guests. Group menus can be arranged in advance and adapted to the budget, schedule and number of participants.
The restaurant offers more than 120 indoor seats, 60 seats on the summer terrace and three separate dining rooms for family celebrations, banquets, business meetings and private events.

Rajskie Manu has been serving traditional Polish cuisine and authentic Łódź regional dishes since 2002. From the beginning, our goal has been to create honest, generous food using the best local ingredients and trusted recipes inspired by the culinary heritage of Łódź.
We work with carefully selected meats, fresh vegetables and products from reliable local suppliers. These ingredients allow us to prepare traditional Polish dishes that are full of flavor, character and the taste of home cooking.
