This laundry has huge washers and dryers, and for about $10 I can wash and dry my bedding in about 45 minutes. It's clean, stocked, staffed (usually), security camera monitored and the machines are always in good working order. I hate going to the laundry but this makes it nice.

I bought a new suit at Men's Wearhouse in Jackson, TN to officiate at my grandson's wedding in Austin, Texas. When I returned, I asked some minister friends who is the best dry cleaners in town? One said, "I like West Side Cleaners!" So I took my suit to them and picked it up in time to wear to my cousin's funeral. I hung my new coat in my car until I got to Memphis. When I got to the funeral home, I put my coat on and my wife said, "Oh my! You have a huge 3 inch rip at the bottom of your coat in the center and it really shows. The lady at the funeral home was very accommodating and tried to put it back together with cloth tape. So, the next day, I took it back to West Side Dry Cleaners thinking they might be able to repair it. Was I surprised when the owner, Chris, said material is missing and it was unrepairable. So went to Men's Wearhouse and asked to purchase another $499 coat to replace the damaged one. Men's Wearhouse was so impressed with the owner of West Side Dry Cleaners, Chris Maxwell, for doing the right thing and not passing the buck, they gave him a business discount. Chris dry cleaned the pants at no charge ! Chris tells me he has owned Westside Cleaners for 30 years and they try to take care of their customers. It's rare to find such honorable people who are willing to go to such lengths to take care of their customers! I have now found are two businesses: Men's Wearhouse and Westside Dry Cleaners ! I've never had to get articles sewn up twice. I live in AZ but I send my clothes to her to fix. That's how good she is! She maybe a little high but her services are worth it. Also she stays busy but if you need something rushed be prepared to pay a little extra. Give Carla a try when you need some alterations done.

Called a month ago to price repairs one my zero turn mower. Had my mower for 4 weeks and no phone…read morecalls except by me calling them. Finally got a call saying my mower was ready 1 month after taking it to them. Quote was about 500. Final price was 800. Asked why and was told it was because the tire had to be replaced. The tire for them ran 160. Was not informed about the extra part and charge. I thought I was going to a business that cared about it's reputation. Looks like they are nothing but another shady repair shop that will jack you around as much as they can. Beware! They will bait you in with a lower repair quote and jack that price up as high as they can. Will not be back but I don't think they care.
