I was pretty disappointed by my order. The conga burrito with asada was bad. A good burrito starts with a good tortilla and my conga burrito was wrapped in a hard, tasteless tortilla. Rice and beans were bland and the asada tasted salty, but had no other flavor. Chorizo burrito was also disappointing (same tasteless tortilla). Potatoes were undercooked and bland, and too much cheese to mask the chorizo. It was also drenched in grease. read more

Our usual taco spot is closed on Sundays unfortunately so we decided to try out this spot. I ordered the Conga burrito, your choice meat with rice and beans.. I got it with Carne asada + cheese. adding cheese was almost an extra $3 and adding extra rice was another $2 extra dollars. That's insane.. My husband got the Conga burrito with Al Pastor plus $3 cheese. And we got Carne Asada fries as well. The lady taking the order was rude and got our order wrong the first time by $25! but it was busy so I brushed it off.. took about 20 minutes to get our food to go. When we got home to eat, we both were very disappointed.. the beans taste like they're from a can and the rice and the asada were both tasteless as well. Very very bland burrito. Which is too bad because they are huge. My husband's burrito was okay but definitely could use some improvement. The asada fries were very basic.. Overall, $50 I won't be getting back. read more

I was on the hunt for a new California burrito. I have a couple of spots that are my usual, but wanted to branch out. So, I did a bit of searching and found Ralibertos - it's the #1 result for California Burritos the area I was searching... so, I figured - what the heck?! I went through the drive-thru line right before the lunch rush (11:45AM on a Friday). There was no one else in line, and they came on to the speaker immediately asking what I want. My order was annoyingly complicated (kids... amirite?) and they ended up clarifying some things at the pick-up window because maybe the speaker wasn't clear or I wasn't fully understood or they were like "wtf?". But... overall, ordering was quick and painless. At the pick up windows, I paid (they accept cards and cash), they asked their questions, and I waited. They actually cook your food when you order it (you know... on the flat top) so it takes a bit longer than say... McDonald's, and I was 100% okay with that. There were 3 dudes in there talking and laughing and seemed amused at my somewhat ridiculous order. I don't judge time very well, but I'd say it took 5 or 6 mins for my stuff to come out of the window. When I picked up the plastic bag, I could feel it heavy as hell and piping hot inside - a great sign. I got three things: a California Burrito, Bean and Cheese Burrito, and a Carne Asada Quesadilla. The California Burrito - which led me to this place - wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was certainly fine - the meat, carne asada, was hot and salty, the cheese was melty and gooey, it had pico de gallo (onions, tomatoes, cilantro), and fries inside. I don't know why it didn't *feel* right for me, though - it wasn't greasy, it was maybe *too* fresh and put together? The fries were a bit too big in my opinion - the thick, fluffy kind that get a little lost. I don't know what it was. Again, though, it was fine and I'd get it again if I was in the area. The bean and cheese burrito was way more enormous than I expected. My kid got it with sour cream and french fries - and it tasted really great. The beans were suberb and it just huge and hefty (a great value). Again, the fries got a little lost - they were mushy and the beans were mushy - not the fault of the establishment, right? This is my kid's custom creation. The other kid got a carne asada quesadilla - it was big, same great meat (carne asada - salty, tender, great) and lots of it. Couldn't ask for anything more. The take-out packaging was great - foil wrapped burritos and styrofoam container for the quesadilla. Both of these elements contributed to the meal traveling really well - everything was super hot when we got home. I guess the only thing I might have asked for is foil-wrapping the quesadilla if you have a long way to travel - the styrofoam box isn't as good as the foil, I think. read more

We love this taco shop and are so glad we found it ! We moved here from San Diego and this is the closest to the burrito shacks down there we have found . Carne asada fries are my absolute favorite. Torta, taquitos and burritos are also good . Red and green sauce are delicious . Also work the night shift and they are open late which is really hard to fine these days. My favorite type of burritos are breakfast burritos. Not wanting to grab one from a fast food chain, I decided to give Raliberto's a try. Something small that I appreciated when calling for my order, was the employee verifying that I was calling for the Everett location (I had no idea there was another location). I ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito and it filled the spot. It was packed with all the breakfast proteins (eggs, cheese, potatoes, etc). Also appreciate the two sauces that came with my order too. This place reminds me of the little drive up taco huts that they use to have back when I was a kid. It was almost nostalgic eating the rolled tacos! Took me back to being 12 years old! On our summer vacations, we'd go to California, and I always I looked forward to going to San Diego and getting rolled tacos at the taco huts! Came in one day as my friend comes here weekly to get burritos and raves about this place. At first glance it isn't much to look at, but most good taco places aren't. The person who took our order was less than friendly and forgot who got what. She also wouldn't let me give her 6 cents to avoid getting 94 cents back because she'd "already entered the money" even though I said I had change which was just very weird, easy math and the till would have still balanced it was an old school one. On to the food... tried to order lengua tacos but was told they only do lengua burritos which doesn't quite make sense. Ended up with carne asada tacos which were okay but not what I expected, left a lot of tortilla on my plate. The meat in the tacos and the carne asada fries was overcooked and tasted more like regular beef instead of steak, there was really not much flavor. The guac and sour cream is a purée and super watery. Also pictured is a shredded beef tostada which was covered in grilled onions and fajita veggies (the person eating it hates onions but it didn't say anything about them on the menu.) With those three items and two waters, we were charged $25 which didn't seem to add up quite right. We could have easily sat down at a full service Mexican restaurant and paid about the same price. For lunch takeout, I ordered the Carne Asada Burrito and a side of chips and salsa. The first few bites were satisfying but that could have just been the hunger talking, because as I continued eating, it dawned on me how salty the seasoning on the carne asada really was. Also, as other reviewers have pointed out, the burrito was essentially all meat - no toppings other than some "guacamole" sauce, which even then had the consistency of a tomatillo sauce. Hubby and I enjoy Sunday brunch together when I am working and he stops by Raliberto's and grabs us crispy tacos and brings em to my work so we can spend the time together. I had a carne asada burrito this past weekend. It was just okay. It didn't seem to be seasoned the same as my familiar carne asada, and it was super SUPER greasy and too salty. It was a lot of meat for sure. But maybe they could use better meat, and just put in a little less. It really messed up my stomach. If there was anything else in that burrito, you wouldn't know it. How they have 4 stars is beyond me. I ordered two items off the menu. First of all lets get this through, their $1 taco is a scam. They only have one type that is ground beef and everything else is expensive. I ordered the fish taco since I didnt want ground beef. The fish had a fairly moldy taste to it. It was either the fish or the tomato from their pico de gallo was molded. I know this taste because Ive been a chef for quite some time now. Second choice was the shredded beef burrito. Since that taco was not up to par, nearly edible, I crossed my fingers and prayed to god that this burrito would not kill me. Now when I say this is bad, its pretty bad. They are serving me dried strips of beef. Again not edible, the beef is so dry I felt like it was beef jerky stuffed inside this burrito. Black peices of meat with lighter color on the bottom. This is a no no. I've seen other reviews regarding how this is authentic taste but I have other latino friends who would swear out this place. Took a detour here on accident and sooo glad I did! By FAR the best burritos in the PNW. Had the El pastor burrito. Super tender and flavorful with just the right amount of heat and the guac adds a creamy feel with each bite. Bonus: no extra charge for guac (it comes with yay!).
