We've been on the hunt for three very specific jellycats: a frog, a blue dragon and a birthday cake. when we came in today, we were completely in shock to see all three were in stock! my son very excitedly grabbed the frog that he has so desperately been wanting and plopped down on the floor with it in his lap, and shortly after an employee walked over and took it out of his lap, put it back on the shelf and walked away without saying a word. while I understand the high demand for these toys and trying to keep things in your store organized and not damaged, this behavior was completely unacceptable and incredibly disrespectful, especially over a stuffed animal. we would've easily spent $200+ today on jellycats alone. I was on the phone with my sister as well who wanted a few but after this incident, we put everything back and left. I called and spoke to someone who said they were a manager, but wanted to post also on here as just a heads up to others who might be also searching for jellycats with their kiddos.
