I have waited days and been on hold for hours, never called back!! The worst company I've ever dealt with. The returns are impossible. Couldn't print a label . So tried to have it emailed. Oh no!!!!! You only get one chance and then you cannot submit again. And .....after all this, I have to pay $7.99which will be deducted from purchase price!!!! I waited 2 days for another response another time . I'm on call back. Do not ever use this to order anything on line!!!!!! Not sure "Customer Service" exists? This is a follow-up to my review "Rally House does not stand what they sell". I received.a response from Mabel L (owner) requesting I contact Customer Service" at 1-800-381-9177. FIRST attempt- recording requested a return phone number and they would return call - after 48 hour nothing (including no voice mail). SECOND attempt tried phone option to speak to a representative, after on hold for 15 minutes was returned to main menu to start the process over? THIRD attempt, again was requested to proved a number for a call back, 6 hours later still waiting, nothing again? To be honest, I'm not convinced the company even has a Customer Service, and if so it's poor at best. read more

I was looking for a somewhat obscure item - temporary tattoos, the kind kids like to put on their faces at games and fairs and whatnot. I tried several sporting goods and "big box" stores, and most of them didn't even know what I was talking about. I stopped into Rally House almost by mistake - I didn't know this place was here. The store has a TON of fan merch and the lady who works there was super friendly and very helpful. (I'm sorry, I can't remember her name!) We looked all over for the tattoos, and after searching for a while she thought they "might have something up front." And sure enough, they did, and it was exactly what I was looking for! This place has everything any fan could want and then some, and they're not wildly overpriced like some places. I'll definitely think of Rally House first the next time I'm looking for any sports-related item. read more

I will no longer shop at this Rally house because I was there last week and one of your employees named Carson smelled like weed and he also looked like he was high when he was trying to assist me.
