Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the customer service at this store. There is a blonde manager who only seems to help men who are shopping. When I inquired about the unmarked purse, she told me the price and then talked me out of buying the purse. She basically argued with me about the function of the bag, which left me not wanting the purse or to shop at this store. There is also a lack of variety of bags and absolutely no luggage, which I have found at other Kate Spade Outlets. If you are seeking Kate Spade merchandise, please either visit the store at Easton or take a drive to Jeffersonville Outlets. It will be worth the drive.

The store manager was super friendly, and showed me how to hold and play the bowl/mallet to get the best tone from the rim: effectively, a free music lesson. He was really delightful to talk to and learn from. I found a bowl here that really spoke to me, and it followed me home. Also found a dress that makes me feel like a princess. Lovely, memorable place, I go back here every time I visit the outlet.
