Typical small town rip off shop. I won't be back. My vehicle was in for recall work, but after I…read morementioned the check engine light was on, they went ahead and charged me the 1/2 hour shop time to also plug into the diagnostics (while it was already in a service bay) and look at a screen. I essentially ended up paying $100 for a quote for changing plugs. That's a good scam they got going there. Watch who you go to for your recall service work. Ford not only has had a lot of f-150 recalls, it looks like their dealers are having to scratch the bottom of the barrel to make a buck.
