I even told them I'd get back in touch if needed, since other drivers and mechanics also check around for the best prices. Unfortunately, things took a bad turn. Homer called and basically said he didn't want to do business with us, closing the conversation with profanity in Spanish. That was unprofessional and disappointing. I truly wish them success, but their customer service needs a serious change. I'm a reasonable, good hearted person business is business, not personal insults. If Homer were to simply call and say, "My bad," I'd gladly let it go. But as it stands, I may need to take my business elsewhere.

I look over and see Sanchez Tire Shop was open (Christmas Eve) and limp over there. Tony Sanchez greeted me and said I would have to take it to Ford to get it fixed. That wasn't the best part. He offered to drive me to get a rental car and arranged for my truck to be towed. Edward Sanchez took my truck to Ford (I had continued on my trip with the rental car) and spoke to the technicians at Ford on my behalf. Sanchez Tire Shop diagnosed the problem quicker than Ford did.
