I always get the vegetables broth, with spinach noodles, beans sprouts, mushrooms, fried tofu, cilantro and Serrano peppers. I add some lemon to taste and some red sauce to make it spicy! It is so good. They have the AC full blast when it's hot so you don't have to worry about being 110 degrees outside. You still will enjoy your soup. I highly recommend. They have plenty of room to eat and they are very attentive. When you get to the counter they have the menu right there and you can choose from different options. I always get the same thing because I love it. My daughter in the other hand, she loves the Chicken karage. It's fried boneless chicken. It comes with a sauce. She also loves the fried rice. It was well spaced out and first you would get in line to order then you would pay at the counter. The employee that took my order was courteous. I ordered for a custom ramen with shoyu broth, thick noodle, grilled steak, shiitake mushroom, marinated bamboo, soft boiled egg, cilantro and serranos. My go-to is the tonkotsu ramen but I've also built my own and both have always been great! The broth is very flavorful and rich, so comforting for the colder season. If you've only ever tried it through a delivery service/pickup, you need to try it dining in, it taste way better that way! The only downside is every time I order a Thai tea, they tell me they're out and have to switch my drink to something else. The last drink I got was a passionfruit lemonade (I panicked and randomly picked something else) and was disappointed because of how sweet it was for me, I had to put water in it. You first order in the front, then find your table and the provided tracker will allow your food to be delivered to you. On our visit, we ordered the Hokkaido Ramen and the Shio Ramen. The shio broth is advertised as a lightly salted chicken broth which was used in both ramen dishes. The Hokkaido ramen had scallops, shrimp and fishcake with a fried egg. The seafood added a lot of depth to the broth but I thought the seafood portion was very small and the fried egg was not a good addition. I would suggest trying if you can substitute the fried egg for their marinated boiled egg instead. The Shio ramen was nice and light. My friend said she really enjoyed it. It is a tad pricey but it is a delicious, quick meal! read more

But honestly, Michael, the manager, deserves a huge shoutout. He was so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. The food was delicious. Every single item was flavorful and tasty. The fried rice was so yummy 9/10. My sister got a rice bowl which was delicious too and I got the Spinach Noddles with one of their noodle dishes. It was probably the best dish I had for noodle ever! So addictive!!! Our go to Ramen place! We've tried a few other ramen places when we moved to Fresno since my daughter loves ramen and this is by far her favorite. I gave it a few visits before I wanted to give a review as I had mix feelings. Realistically I would give it about 3.5/5 as I wished the broth was more rich in flavor consider the price point. We tried the spicy oxtail miso ramen which was like $23 and it didn't quite meet expectation and I also ordered the tonkantsu ramen and other than the veggies and cha shu was decent but the noodles and broth wasn't all that I expect it to be. I've been here twice and the food was very good both times. My only criticism of the food is the fried rice is not fried rice. It's just rice. There was no frying or crisping to remove the excess liquid in the rice which gives it the flavor real fried rice is known for. It seems restaurants in Fresno are reluctant to make real fried rice or don't know how as this is an issue I've had with all the Asian restaurants I've tried in town. The service however was very bad both times. This last time I asked twice for chili paste. After asking twice the server came around and said she was going to get it and then never came back. Definitely needs to be eaten right away. I don't know. It's missing something. The meat needs a bit more flavor. But honestly for the price this is a good deal. They give a lot in these tacos.
