This con artist paid a company to write good reviews for his company on Google. The scam artist also deleted all the bad reviews on Google. Don't fall for this Scammer! This is a genuine review from a Ramirez Roofing customer. Ramirez gave me a quote for roofing. It was $6000. (the old saying if it sounded too good to be true, it probably is). Few days into the job, Ramirez changed his quote. Ramirez said the old quote does not include fees for like old roof removal, nails and clean up etc. The new quote became over $18,000. Ramirez even threaten if I don't pay up $18,000 in full, he would put a lien on my house. Their crews left and my house was without any roof! Under threat, I agreed to for $18,000. My regret my decision to pick Ramirez Roofing. I shared my bad experience on internet and hope no one will fall into this scam artist again! *Note: I tried to warn everyone and posted a similar review on Google but got deleted by Ramirez. Our asphalt shingle roof was 22 years old and showing real signs of wear & tear. So we decided to replace it before any leaks created real problems. We had a good experience with Ramirez Roofing 3 years ago so I called them. Carlos promptly came to inspect our roof and explained the various options for shingles, underlayment, water protection, etc. Once I had my questions answered and selections were made, he quickly followed up with a bid. The job was originally estimated to take 4 days but it was completed in 2-1/2 days. The crew of 12 was exceptional. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and an almost paranoid concern for protecting the plants, the pool and the house from their roofing activities. Additionally, the clean-up each day and at the end of the job was superb. In fact, several days later I have yet to find any stray roofing nails. Three experiences with them: 1 emergency after hurricane: they sent a crew out less than two full days after when some people waited 2 weeks. Minor repair, fair price, did not gouge. After ice storm, new 40-ft gutter, fair price, professional crew. Now, full roof replacement. Competitive price, but the product (shingle) they offered was top grade vs competitor.
