Paul Tarr is truly a full service Realtor, from home preparation for sale to property characteristics and familiarization he really knows the real estate business. He helped us go from just looking to ready to sell in 8 days. If he doesn't know a particular item, he certainly knows someone local that does. He is not afraid to chip in and get his hands dirty or invest his time in the preparation. I'm not sure we would find another agent anywhere that would do what Paul did for our home's sale. Paul's ability to take a low pressure approach keeps a stressful transactions manageable. He negotiated top dollar for our sale and secured our new home what we wanted to pay.
