Two keys were distributed to the owners last summer, but I informed them that I only required one key. I am in the process of selling my unit and require the extra key for a Lock Box on the Gate. I signed a form last summer confirming my receipt of one key, but the office has been unable to produce the form after multiple attempts via email and voicemail. They initially quoted me $30 for the additional key, but subsequently charged my account $40 for the key I received. I've also asked if I can return the extra Key once for a refund, and yet to receive a reply. Despite my inquiry regarding the form I signed, I have not received any response.
