We actually stopped at a nearby distillery first for dinner, but they were in the process of closing up. However, one of the workers there recommended going down the road to Ramunto's, and we were glad we did! The atmosphere was quaint, and the Famous Garlic Knot Pie (pizza) was outstanding. Loved the garlicky crust. Went well with the beer we ordered. Found out later that there are several Ramunto's restaurants in VT. Too bad there are none in MA!

Came here for a late lunch with 8 people and ordered pizza and salad. Food was good and came out quickly. Server was very nice and accommodating and even took pictures for us. Large dining area with arcade and pool table. Good for parties. Reasonable prices. Large parking lot.

We had pizza here while visiting/staying in nearby Woodstock. The pizza was very good. We would definitely order from there again.

Appetizers: Cornbread, brisket nachos, Caesar salad, gochujang rub chicken tenders and Mac and cheese. Everything was solid and the portions were pretty large, so we were decently full by the time our entrees came. Entrees: pork belly tacos, brisket tacos, salmon tacos and the prime rib wrap. I loved the prime rib wrap - it was well stuffed with meat and the outside was crispy from the grill. Dessert: the brookie (brownie + cookie) skillet was delicious! We left with lots of leftovers despite being extremely full! Service was friendly and quick also.

They have a great selection of beers from all around Vermont and I contemplated getting a flight before settling on a selection. We got the southwestern egg rolls as an appetizer and they were so delicious and cheesy! They were too appealing to be photographed before consumption. I got the salmon tacos and they were delicious. The salmon was flavorful and perfectly cooked with a crispy texture. I was pretty impressed at how big the portion of salmon for each taco was. We'd definitely stop by here again in the future for dinner. By the time we left, the dinner rush was in full effect with people waiting for a seat and I can see why!

Ascutney for a week and decided to have a low-key night and have dinner at the onsite restaurant, The Maple Kitchen. It was a slow Sunday night and no reservations needed. The restaurant only had the bar tender manning the bar and the tables. He was very nice but the wait was long... luckily we were in vacation mode so we didn't mind the wait. While we were waiting for the food, we were enjoying the Moscow Mule made by the bartender. He poured all his drinks to the rim, it was great! They only had 2 things on tap: Switchback ale and Harpoon hard cider, but they were solid brews. It took about 45 minutes before our entrees were served and we started to think this may be a mistake. Boy were we wrong in the best way. The lobster bisque dip came with 2 rolls of warm bread already buttered on the outside...soft center with the creamy dip spread over it was so scrumptious. The lamb chop was cooked to perfection and had a orzo chickpea side that can be a main dish in itself. The duck was cooked with crispy skin on, very tender and also came with a delicious rice pilaf. We also had the half chicken breast dish which was perfectly seasoned, juicy! Came with a mushroom and spinach stir fry and mashed potatoes was more like creamy scalloped potato. We were completely stuffed but wanted to try a dessert because the food was just amazing. We shared a raspberry white chocolate cheesecake that did not make it in my photo because we finished it so quickly. Definitely come here, you will not be disappointed.

First of all the bar was not stocked, the dirty martini was so dirty it needed a shower. Basic items like ice tea and lemonade were unavailable. Bud Light was not in stock either. It was a quiet Friday night, about at 20% capacity, service was slow. The meal took about 45 minutes to service. Although flavorful the lamb chops were anorexic. The short ribs, were a little on tough side, and lacked flavor, the portion size more consistent with a small plate menu than entree. Good restaurants are in demand in this area; however, this was another missed opportunity.

The hostess was incredibly personable and sweet. I'd had a crap day and really just wanted a beer. It was 5 minutes to close. I figured it wasn't going to happen, but I figured I'd look at their draft menu for the next day and get an idea of what I'd want to eat when I come back. Not only did they take great care of me and get me a MUCH needed beer, but when I came back to eat the next day it got even better! I couldn't decide which beer I wanted. The girl was SO nice and gave me half of each. Good call, because I definitely liked one more than the other! Now HERE is the BEST PART: the worthy burger. Sweet Jesus. I heard angels. Seriously one of the best burgers I've ever had. Ever. The bun was perfect and THOSE PICKLES! The cheese was perfectly melted. Just the right amount of secret sauce. Did I mention the pickles were amazing? I also ordered truffle fries with Parmesan and a kid size order of the Mac and cheese. Because real cheese. They weren't bad. The truffle fries were on the milder side, but tasty. Maybe a little soft. Pro tip: get the pesto aoli to dip! I like homemade Mac and cheese and I hardly ate more than a few bites. I had heard great things but eh. Maybe I was just in love with the burger! I didn't get a picture. My phone died and I couldn't wait do yourself a favor- get the worth burger with some extra pickles on the side!

The burger was made to order, and when asked how I would like it cooked, when I answered "medium", she wanted more information "medium rare or medium well"...I responded with "exactly medium". The fact that a food truck was asking for refined temperature selection was surprising, but also made me optimistic that this burger would be good. They asked how I would like it dressed, mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickle were the choices, lettuce, onion and tomatoes were the vegetable options, and the cheese options were cheddar, Swiss, American and blue. I went with cheddar, mayo, ketchup and lettuce and tomato. It was one of the best burgers and fries I've had in a very long time. Cooked perfectly medium, dressed exactly as ordered, and the fries were very hot and very fresh. The coke was very cold.
