Established in 1977.

Rancho Mil was created in 2013 as an ecotourism ranch for people that enjoy spending time in a quiet, peaceful and beautiful setting. All homes front on the Rio Hardy with a very limited number of remaining homes for sale. The development was founded in the early 1970's and is being restored.

Meet the Business Owner: Don T.

I first visited this place in 1977 and have been vacationing here ever since. In 2013 I bought the rights to the development and have been restoring/rebuilding the existing vacation homes. I have just 7 remaining unique custom homes for sale.
