Tammy McGlenny was paid to keep my poor helpless and Autistic Child in a very dangerous home with his Grandparents for many months. She completely ignored our cries and worries for our son's safety. We had to write the Judge to finally be heard and have our son rescued from the dangerous home. (The same home where me (my son's mother) was abused growing up. She strong armed me through the Adjudication and denied me the right to fight all the false allegations on the affidavit against me. DUNN took our money and they left me and my husband for dead. We Wish we Never hired this FIRM.. first, We drove an hour and half to drop our payment to meet and dis 10 minutes everything was rushed from the start. Court day came Chris came in and bamboozed his way for the judge to dismiss 5 minutes no trial was heard so other party refiled and them GUESS WHAT He did not show up on court day. He said he had a family emergency the day of last minute ish.. not to mention He had us doing their work for them and initially had me reaching asking questions as if I'm not supposed too When we are paying you for services sir just to get let down. My witnesses that were supposed to be summon wasn't never served WOw! I even have video evidence and witnesses of my case they never was able to say a word just Why? That was the point of trial. Please find someone else to represent you in the Virginia Court System. My experience has been very poor in working with this law firm. We were charged for mistakes he made, he does not answer emails without a chain of emails stating 2nd attempt, 3rd attempt etc..., very slow at getting documents and then when he needed something I was supposed to jump through hoops and do HIS job! In first initial meeting with him he stated how much he hated medical professionals and I had a family member sitting with us at the table that is the medical field, not professional at all. I obtained services for and adoption of my adult step daughter. I did my research on approximate cost for the service and was expecting to pay between $1,000 and $1,500 for the service as a estimated norm in VA. I had no real complaints until the closing of my case. Once it was completed they fabricated additional charges not previously invoiced to eat up my retainer rather than refund the over payment of the retainer. When I addressed the issue with staff I was provided multiple invoices that don't match. I'm currently seeking legal representation to address this. I'm also posting on every review board and seeing if there are options through the better business bureau. If anyone has other options please pass on the information. Horrible they will steal your money retainer fee and withdraw from your case at the last minute. These people don't defend they are criminals themselves. They cancel meetings and don't respond to questions regarding your case until the day of court. Drove over and hour to have a meeting with him to discuss our custody case. Attorney didnt even know who I was or remember my case. Spent 10 minutes with me to tell me that there was nothing he could do for me until our case was transferred to south hampton courts. He charged us 800 dollars for that 10 minute meeting in which, we were told he could do nothing for us yet. We had to file the paperwork to transfer our case to south hampton on our own because they never did. Horrible communication with their clients. He doesnt give you the time of day to actually listen to what you want out of your custody case but will charge you 800 dollars for 10 minutes of his time. read more

We engaged Randall & Bruch to represent our daughter in a traffic violation. They were responsive during the initial call to gain our money and business. The communication ended there, and the ineptitude was present the entire time.We specifically requested the court date be in August. Our attorney Mike Mullin advised we be present. I took off of work, drove five hours, stayed overnight, and booked a flight back to be present. We also rearranged our family vacation. We showed up only to be completely ignored by "our" attorney. When I approached and Inquired, he had us wait in a room. Turns out they sent us an email that they were aware bounced back, to let us know they changed the court date! Not a good lawyer!! He talks a good game, but once you pay him then that's it, your basically on your own. He will tell you he filed papers for you, then once you call the clerks office, you will see that he didn't . In court you will feel like you are by yourself, even with him right there.
