Have bought 3 cars in last 3 years from other dealerships and always treated well. This dealership still employs questionable dealer tactics from bygone era. Bought a used '12 Hyundai from them, mostly over the internet. Pros: Decent price on the car, including document fees & other 'out the door' stuff; Didn't try to upsell the warranty or their own financing too hard (came in with my own); Didn't lie to me Cons: Slow and disorganized. Only dealership I had to contact 3 times to get them to email/call me. Once they did, I then got calls from multiple salespeople, which was just as annoying--I just got off the phone with Joe! Took ages to get the paperwork done. Really, an hour and a half and we're not even using your financing? Dealership itself is pretty low-budget. No offers of a coke or water here, just a couple of beat-up chairs in a big, mostly empty room. I was buying a certified pre-owned, and didn't receive any assurance (other than verbal) that it was indeed a CPO vehicle. Happily, it checked out when I drove it a couple states home, but made me nervous. I don't think they've done certified for very long. read more

Drove an hour and a half to look at a vehicle I found online. Josh was very helpful on the phone before I arrived and promptly met me out front with the vehicle I was interested in. Negotiations were a breeze without any of the tricks many car salesmen use. I walked out with a fair deal and never felt pressured. By far the worst car-shopping experience I've ever had. This place is A) a dump; and B) a ripoff. The 'Pre-Owned Super Center' is a large, bare shed that contains three vending machines and about $50 worth of crappy used furniture. The sales staff look like actors playing sleazy used-car salesmen in a low-budget, direct-to-DVD movie. They need help with their grammar and their grooming. They know nothing about the cars they're selling, which doesn't stop them from blathering on about features -- like the 'nitrogen-filled tires' -- that you couldn't care less about. But that's not the worst. THEY WON'T TELL YOU THE PRICE OF THEIR USED CARS -- not unless you commit and say you're interested in making a purchase. This is true EVEN THOUGH THE PRICES ARE POSTED ON Randall Noe's web site. One star is way too generous. They deserve zero. read more

Just say no to Noe. I tell these yahoo's via telephone and their website all my pertinents before I get there. Tell then payoff on my trade, my FICOS, my down payment & my monthly payment range. They, some guy named Chad, says come on. Got your covered. My down tripled, my payment doubled and they wanted to steal my trade after they said they're gonna pay it off. Overall a very bad place for folks with past credit issues. Recommend Allen Samuels Hyundai in Tyler, Texas. Difference is night and day. read more

DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM THEM. I purchased a 2014 Subaru Forester from them less than 2 Months ago. After signing the papers I discovered that the radio did not function at all and the AC Compressor begin to work intermittently. I contacted the dealership and they offered to have the radio fixed which was the least they could do. When I had another dealership confirm that the AC compressor was bad, I contacted Randall Noe and they said since I didn't buy the "extended warranty" they wouldn't help me at all. That repair costs around $1000 and Randall Noe said they wouldn't even give me a penny toward it. Obviously, they do not care about taking care of the customer or being honest about the vehicles they offer for sale. I will never do business with them again... and if you have read this review, you should reconsider purchasing a broken vehicle from them. read more

I would give Zero Stars if it was an option.....they do not honor their price listed on website, after I drove an hour to get there to test drive a vehicle, decided I liked it, had my trade-in appraised and secured my financing through my credit union, contacted the salesperson, I was told that since someone else was "supposed" to come out later that evening (I was there in the morning), that they could not sell me the car for the internet price, but I could buy it for an additional $2,000. I declined. Told the salesman that was not the agreed upon price. Called the dealership to speak to a manager, someone in Sales named Ty called me back and was very rude. Would not trust this dealership at all. After this experience, I looked at online reviews of this place, and they are not all good - in fact, I don't believe that the good reviews are real. Decided toshop with them in September 2015 because of add received in mail set up appointment with Todd. Met him late in the day. Since this was going to be in My wife's name she drove it and we liked it. Traded in My Chevy p.u. Pretty low trade=in allowance but we decided to purchase the 2009 Jeep Compass. Told that they had just installed new tires and the vehicle had not been in a wreck. Finally finished financing and went home. The next day I realized we had left our garage door opener in my truck. Called and spoke with Todd and he said he would find it and call me back. Never heard back from him. In March of 2016 had cataract surgery and with clear eyes I noticed fine paint lines on the left side of the vehicle. Having been a body shop manager for 24 years I knew this meant there had been some sort of body damage that had been repaired. carfax did not show this. In May, 2016 I noticed a strong vibration in the steering. Feeling this was a wheel balance problem I took the vehicle to Discount Tire in Mesquite to get the tires rotated and balanced at which time the salesman looked at the front tires and said thy could not balance them since the tread was too far gone and he checked the tire size on the plate in the door and said the car had the wrong size tires. Took the vehicle to Terrell ( we live in Mesquite) after to speaking to Vinney the U C Manager on May 25 at which time he asked me to bring the vehicle in for him to look at it. Was there at 9:30 on the 27th and of course he wasn't in. Sent to service where they said that now the U,C. dept said the did not put any tires on the car before it was sold. Sent back to U.C. department where Todd suddenly knew nothing about the tires and stated that "after all it is a front wheel drive vehicle" and it had been too long so they wouldn't be able to help. Having spent over 40 years working in New Vehicke dealerships and the last 34 of them as a Body Shop manager I am not stupid when it comes to front wheel drive vehicles and especiall when a vehicle only has 7000 miles on a ste of tires. I am writing to advise anyone who reads this long gripe to be sure you get any details concerning a used vehicle in writing and DO NOT purchase a vehicle from Randall Noe without ALL the details and promised in writing. Will never buy another vehicle here. The service department so far is great. read more
