Very unprofessional: ): Debra Eiland let the…read moredefendant (a former girlfriend) have her way, all the way through the civil legal process. Debra let the defendant use up my retainer time. (The retainer was more than $5,500.00 then once the retainer was used up it went to an hourly basis) Debra spent more time with the defendant (than I the client) and Debra would not stand up for me the "Plaintiff". In court. Debra gave the defendant her way and anything she wanted, Including two cars,valued at over $9500.00 plus a 36 ft. Class A motor-home valued at over $15,000.00 (titled in my families name). That the defendant admitted to (on the record) Breaking into my motor-home and changed the deadbolt and ignition locks. My property was not all returned to me only 10 to 15% was recovered. (from civil action called a Repleven and Mediation) It was set for District court because of the monetary values. Debra let the Defendant turn a 2 hr Mediation into a 4 hr session. When I did get my property back that the defendant sold, pawned or traded (which the defendant admitted this also on the record). Including over $10,000.00 in mechanic's tool set, all that was returned was an empty box Damaged or destroyed my families antique furniture gifted to me, Valued at over $10,000.00 It Took over 6 months to get my property, back, valued at over $ 40,000.00 I was lucky to get around $3500.00 back in property.. I DON"T GIVE DEBRA, A STAR. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
