Dropped off truck for service, 2 weeks later come to pick it up, pay for it and start my drive home and realize nothing had been done at all. So I had to go back and now wait 2 hours for them to do the service I'd already paid for. 2nd time they installed a faulty oil filter. It failed in my driveway and made a complete disaster of my driveway. Simply asked for someone to come out and help clean all the oil off my driveway and just got the run around. Needless to say, they are completely incompetent at servicing a vehicle or their customers. Will be driving additional hour for more trustworthy shop.

Understandably, manufacturers are still experiencing delays and issues due to the COVID-19 pandemic which may affect ordering and delivering parts. We also didn't expect our vehicle to be as dusty inside as it was when we picked it up. No big deal as we can clean it up, but again the lack of communication (in this case the expectations of the service and exactly what steps would be taken to service our vehicle) left us feeling a bit disappointed. This time after having a semi truck hit our truck I was more than willing to allow them to fix it and they were my first choice..However, after having a very initial rude first encounter, followed by miscommunication between my insurance company and myself and trying to get it straightened out. Then speaking to another person in the office and her basically telling me that she didn't understand what I didn't understand after asking a question. I called my insurance company and told them I was taking my truck somewhere else. I am very saddened by the lack of customer service. It is apparent that they have enough work and won't need my business but I truly couldn't believe the way the talk to people. Not everyone is familiar with the way things work in this type of industry and while your not always helping people customer service would have gone a long way.
