I have used Window Gang several times for different jobs for at least three years. Each time there…read morehas been a problem. I asked about the possibility of cleaning my garage door and if it can be done to please call me before doing it to see how much it would be and if it could be done. No one called me. I came home and boxes and other things were soaked. All office said was "sorry." Other time I had just planted to begonias and grass sod. Cleaning crew killed all of it. Said guy covered them up. Asked them to come out and see it. They agree to replace the flowers, but did so with some cheap and weak flowers. The final straw was just a few months ago. Crew was late with no call to let me know anything. I went to pick up my dogs at the groomer when they called. I passed the truck on the way to my house. I had asked for the back to be started first so I could let my dogs out when I returned home . Get back 45 minutes later and worker was back there cleaning the windows. I came out to check the fence gates to make sure they were closed. I saw one was closed and college kid told me that other one was closed. I ran to see it as one of my dogs ran through it and started running around. I went after her in my car searching for her having no idea where she could be. I did call the WG office and told them the problem and how ANGRY I was. I told her I wanted the crew gone from my house. Were they? Nope. Long story short dog came back and helper hid in his team's truck. I went out to discuss what had happened so he would not do it again. He proceeds to offer excuses instead of taking responsibility. What made it worst to me was not one call from the office to apologize for their workers negligence or for anything. Now problem is that their exterior home wash has removed paint in several obvious places on my home. I guess I am left to deal with it which means having to repaint the exterior of my home because the damage is all around the concrete boarding siding and is very obvious. I will no longer use Window Gang and don't recommend them to anyone.

He performed a complete internal detail and has done a great job. Price was excellent. But then to top it off I asked him if he could also do the interior of my 92 Mustang( that's 27 years of grunge). He jumped right on it and I'm amazed at what he did, the seats are several shades lighter and stain free and the old carpets... wow. I had an interior detail done at Adams earlier this year and came away very disappointed, today I got two cars done for half the price of one at Adams with far better results. Thanks JB, we'll do it again.
