After picking them up and unpacking them, I immediately noticed there were large, deep stains across the top lining of all four curtain panels -- stains that were not there when I brought them in. I showed the photos to the staff, and was told, "Oh, we thought you knew those were there." They never called to alert me, nor did they mention anything when I picked them up. That response alone tells me they knew damage had occurred and hoped I wouldn't notice. The stains are now permanent. They refunded nothing, offered no solution, and were dismissive when I expressed concern. If you're bringing anything of value to this business, be aware that they do not take responsibility for damage and appear to lack transparency with customers. I'm deeply disappointed and sharing this to prevent others from experiencing the same.

However, the washing machine in my building isn't big enough to wash a whole comforter, so I was forced to take it to a Laundromat. They've got big washers, which is nice for a large load. Even if I wasn't washing my quilt I could probably fit a lot of dirty clothes in that thing. Royal Laundry has a somewhat 70's style feel to it. They've got green and orange chairs that aren't very comfy but are super cute! It's not a terrible place to spend some time while waiting for a couple of loads to finish up. It's big, they've got a lot of machines, and you can stuff a whole lot of clothes in each load.
