I've been here multiple times over the past year and have never seen a staff member on-site. I'm not sure how the prices compare to other laundromats...it's $5.00 for a load in the largest washer and $0.25 for every 4 minutes in the large dryers. I continued using this place only because it's the closest to my apartment, but I'll definitely be finding a new laundromat as soon as possible.

There was laundry detergent spilled on the floor and if that was not caught, it could have ruined someone's clean clothes or been a safety hazard while transporting clothing. Great catch you guys. I also felt comfortable here. The parking lot was busy, but I was able to get in up close and find a washing machine to quickly start laundry. The prices were decent, but being completely transparent, I have not had to utilize a laundromat in a really long time. I like the area, because there were plenty of food places to grab lunch while my clothes were washing. Tables were high enough & baskets rolled well. Although it was an unfortunate situation for my washing machine to go out, this facility made that hardship able to be easily accomplished.

We drove around town, found this place, and walked in thinking okay, it looks nice. Clean floors, couches, a TV. Alright, cool. Then reality hit. First of all, no quarters. None. Everything runs on a card system (Laundroworks). You have to load money onto a card at a kiosk, minimum $10, and oh by the way, the card itself costs you $2 before you've washed a single thing. We came with $40 in quarters and had to completely start over. That's information they should probably put outside on the door. The prices? Absolutely not. Medium load washers are around $15. The dryers are $0.25 for four minutes. FOUR MINUTES. By the time we were done, we had spent $80. Eighty dollars. For one laundry run. I don't care how nice the machines are, that is highway robbery for a self-service laundromat. And what do you get for $80? No attendant. Not one person working in this place. The bathroom is locked with zero explanation. No number posted at the door, no sign telling you who to call if something goes wrong, just a handwritten sticky note on the kiosk. For a facility charging these prices, that is unacceptable. We've been here two hours and we are the only ones here. The parking lot is empty. Now I understand why. Oh, and the vending machines? Don't even get me started. The snack machine is nearly empty, we're talking a few packs of Cup Noodles and bare coils staring back at you. Both snack and drink machines have "Out of Service" sticky notes slapped on them. The TV on the wall is just sitting there dark. Everything about this place screams potential that nobody is maintaining. The folding tables are these short little blue plastic trays, fine for tossing a shirt on, not practical for folding an actual load of laundry. Look, the space itself is clean and the machines work. I'll give them that. But $80, no attendant, a locked bathroom, broken vending, and an empty parking lot on a Sunday morning tells you everything you need to know. I wouldn't come back unless I was completely out of options. Which, unfortunately, is exactly why I was here today.
