We attend the Saturday evening services and the music just speaks to my soul! They don't judge those who enter their doors so everyone can enter and feel God's presence. The bible is preached here and you can look up the scriptures for yourself and verify what is being taught. They don't pick and choose which ones to believe and not believe. Love is mentioned 200 times in the Old Testament and you definitely feel love in this church. The way the message is delivered is so aesthetic. I FELT the message, I received the message. I've been to a variety of different churches in search of a connection my whole life (48 years) and I finally found it at COR. Pastor Scott and Pastor Adam are truly amazing in the way they share the message. There are so many activities and opportunities for someone to stay connected. We moved our child over to Grace Baptist Daycare in June 2020. He is in the 1yr old class. We could…read morenot be more pleased with this daycare. Daniel's old Church daycare in Independence was a far cry from the care he receives at Grace Baptist Daycare. He comes home cleaner and the classrooms and daycare itself are so much cleaner. He has also been much healthier over the last two months, which I attribute to the care and cleanliness of this new daycare. Daniel is learning so much more and developing motor skills more quickly at Grace Baptist Daycare. He now gets outside time with his classmates (something the old daycare never did). In the past two months he has learned how to climb and do slides all by himself. This is such a wonderful development and can only be attributed to our new daycare and the activities they allow the children to do. He also gets coloring/painting/crafts time at Grace Baptist Daycare. This is something they didn't allow at the old one for children his age. He loves coloring and I could not be more pleased at all his new developments. The old daycare (although a church daycare) did not pray before meals (or at all) to our knowledge. We love the Lord Jesus and it soothes my heart to know he is being exposed to prayer and Bible stories during the day. He even put his hands together a few weeks ago during a prayer at home and I know he only learned this recently because of the habits he is forming from Grace Baptist Daycare. The teachers and Daycare supervisor (Michelle) are so much kinder and happier than our last daycare. They seem to be filled with true joy and genuinely do care about the children. Grace Baptist Daycare has been such a blessing to our family. Thank you for all you do, we appreciate you all so very much.

This is a very open and welcoming church, one of five locations for Christ Community and Sunday they announced a building expansion to accommodate the ever growing congregation and to provide for young kids. Young, old or in between you should check out this church.
