There was even a setback when another surprise rain storm hit just after the repair and washed all his work away. He was back two days later and was able to fix it for good. After a week went by and I did not hear from them, I phoned them and asked if they were quoting on the project and explained I had emailed them and had included pictures. He did not appear to have any knowledge of my email and then asked me to text him my address, which I did. A half-hour later he phoned me and said he would be here in 30-40 minutes. I am still waiting for him. Accordingly I find them to be unreliable and would not recommend them.
