Before selecting an agent to sell my house in Las Vegas, I did my due diligence. Checked out the longer list of Vegas real estate agents on Yelp, then took that list and checked those agents out on Google Reviews. Chose three agents to talk to. Went with Randy. Such a good decision! My house was a bit difficult to list, as there were no comps in the neighborhood. Similar houses for sale varied wildly in list prices, even when interiors were similar. Randy and his staff spent the time to go through similar homes, but also to check variations in smaller or larger houses that would give a decent start for list price. They kept me in the loop along the way. Eight days after listing, we accepted a full-price offer on the house. One day before close, the buyers were in "oh no" mode, as they had not finalized loan documents. Randy advocated vigorously on my behalf, and close was delayed by only a week. I was in panic mode, because all my worldly possessions were already on the way across country and I had paid movers and PODS. So buyers' "oh no" was awful for me.
