WEIRD IS NOT THE WORD: People, this is a very hurtful…read moreexperience when it comes to dealing with Business insurance, especially dealing with a "bad" representative of a good company. Cut a long story - My partner took out this business ins with Haulers Insurance Company through their local representative, a very bad man by the name Jack Ray who owes, run and operates the above captioned insurance agency. Our business has been faithfully insured with Haulers with ZERO claims for years and years. Until recently, when one of our other business next door, a car rental company had a fender bender right in front of our building, causing the other party to assume our business insurance will cover his car, even though both parties are not an employee of our company. The next day or two, an adjusted called and we explained to her that claim should not be assed against us and that we have nothing to do with it. The adjuster agreed and declined the claim. Strangely, Jack Ray our purported local agent decided to reported and influenced the Haulers Insurance Company underwriting the department, we suspect he must have known somebody in there and in coot with them to refuse to renew our business insurance pre-emptively by asserting both business are operating under the same roof even we own both properties side by side with proper State of TN licenses and are completely separated and has been like that for years with no problem. I guess, what's kind of strange and bizarre is that we've called I kid you not Mr. Jack Ray the Culprit in our opinion flatly refused to come to the phone after repeated attempts were made by his customer's of many years - As the saying goes, a clear conscience fears no accusation. It is felt that this man only cares about his commissions and and consistent portion of the premium that comes to him without having to deal with his clients' filing an accidentally or any form of claims against their insurance. Inclusion, this man is nothing but a flotsam and Jetsam relative to how he operates his little business. This is not the type of imagery that hauler's insurance need to foster and support. The man is a disgrace to the good and hardworking people of Hauler's insurance, who actually goes out of their ways to do the right thing to their customers.
