It's easy for sales staff to get frustrated with a drawn out process but he wasn't and remained kind and accommodating throughout. The install crew was efficient and respectful and the finished job they did looks great. Purchasing windows produced by a WNY manufacturer was an important factor to us and the quality of product and experience certainly matches the high expectations we set up with that premise.
