It took them about an hour and a half, and the pricing was great! They raised the canopy and thinned out my live oak. This tree is over 22 years old, and hasn't been maintained. It looks perfect now, and I'm getting the desired sunshine to my lawn. On the other side I'd my yard, they removed a dying ash and stump grinded. It doesn't even look like it was there! Best job I've ever seen with a tree removal! The last item was trimming another ash tree that was headed towards my driveway. The yard looks so bright and renewed now! Tom mason add his team were one of the few contractors on the Eleven:Eleven restaurant and bar build out that really came through for me and my team. From a crazy custom designed ( by Tom Mason) and built commercial back gate on tracks, to the rebuild of a dumpster enclosure my other GC built terribly these guys made it happen. I said when the steel frame was built and the dumpster enclosure( not average size for a stand alone its about 20 x 16) completed that it looked like a garbage truck could hit it and it would be fine. Well nearly 7 months later the truck did hit it on the Monday pick up and NADA . It did not even phase the enclosure. I have to give kudos for this. Great job Tom. Thank you. Trees? Yes. Communication? No…read more I get it. The officey part of a business can be a drag, but it's necessary. I called at least three times to get an appointment. One appointment he was a no-show. After the tree was cleaned up and I paid him, he said he would bring a receipt the next day. Nope. I called twice. Nothing. I texted and offered my email. He said he would send it. A week later and multiple calls later, still no receipt. Come on, my guy. Be more professional.
