His office is in a building that reminds me of an old school, and it's centrally located and easy to access from the N or R trains. The waiting area is just two chairs outside of Dr. Kennedy's office and another Doctor's office, but the doors are surprisingly sound-proof. I was afraid that people sitting in the waiting room would be able to hear my loud speaking voice, but I realized while sitting there myself, I couldn't hear a thing. It's a decent sized-room with a sofa, in a professional setting and he always has a full box of tissues on the side table. He also has a good online service for you to communicate with him, book/see/cancel appointments and even text message alerts for upcoming appointments, which I appreciate as a busy individual. I'm not completely done with my treatment, but I know that with Dr. Kennedy as my Doctor, I'll be fine. In such a short amount of time, he's helped me tremendously and overall seems like such a genuine person. The doctor/patient relationship quickly feels as comfortable as a friendship. He remembers all of my family/friends' names that I mention during treatment and uses them himself, which makes it feel so much more personal. I definitely recommend Dr. Kennedy.
