However, we called ahead stating what we needed help with and the person on the phone said he knew exactly what we needed and could help us for $20. We showed up and he showed us how to rekey our lock in 5 minutes and then basically told us we should read the instructions. We were kinda confused and then he was like "we agreed on $20 right?" And we were like "oh yeah..."--even though we thought that was pretty rude that he knew we just needed to read the directions and told us to come all the way over for something that takes 5 min. Then he said "if you pay cash, I'll just charge $15" as if he was going to just take it under the table and steal it (or maybe he's the owner idk). Either way, CREEPY dude. Not a good experience. Would have liked to have gone anywhere else.
