I placed an online order, which was suppose to be ready for pick-up at 5:45pm. I arrived to pick up my order, order is not ready but I was asked to pay, which I did and was told to pull around to the front and my order would ne brought out to me. I waited, I see a guy take out someone else's order, I get out of the car and ask where mine was. He returns with my order, this was about 6:20pm. Needless to say, the service on this day was really bad. When I got home I realize nothing is hot, pizza was cold, which tells me my order had been sitting and they just forgot to bring it out! I had ordered the Pizza Hut meal pack, so it comes with 4 chicken wings. Well it only had 3 wings, the 4th looking one was a crusty fried piece. I bit into one and noticed the texture was off, I noticed it is not fully cooked so I tore the remaining wing in half and they were all under cooked. I did take pictures of the inside of the wings, with one showing a tinge of blood inside. I also ordered a side salad with dressing, never received the dressing. Needless to say I was furious at the time and I waited for the Pizza Hut survey on this order to arrive in my email. I dinged them on this order because obviously there should be a manager working to make sure everyone is doing their job correctly. I usually never have issues with this Pizza Hut but this was infuriating and the thought of being served raw chicken bothers me. I can't really say I feel comfortable ordering anything else from this location any longer. The fact that no one has bothered to reach out to me about this matter solidifies how I feel this owner and managers do not care if they play with customer's health or provide good service. Some personal favorites of mine are their Hot Honey pizza, but this last time I ordered a Classic Margherita, and I loved it. It is really like no other pizza place I have been to, and I always find enjoyment in their immensely doughy crusts. It used to be only order over the phone, but it is nice to order online using Slice now because you do not have to preplan and prepare for a phone call. You just pick your pizzas and order. It is great. I enjoy dining in as well. The place feels pretty small, but there is a big overflow room in the back on busy nights. They have a full bar, which is pretty cool for keeping the party going. You do have to pay a little more than at your typical pizzeria, but I think the tradeoff is worth it.
