I do think the rates were very reasonable and the quality of service was superior. They came the next day to take care of everything. They cleaned up all shrubs and hauled away. I really enjoyed working with Darion the owner of the company. They removed an old wood burning stove, repaired the floor and ceiling inside, and patched my rubber roof. I believe for the majority of the job they used a sub contractor named Chuy. Both were very personable and friendly, but the roof patch was done very poorly. I knew I would need to replace the roof but I was expecting the patch to hold longer than a just a few weeks. I had stated during the original estimate and when agreeing to work that I'm fine with patching as I'm planning on doing the roof next year. I thought we were on the same page. About a month after the job, another contractor came out to do gutters for me and said the roof patch will NOT hold much longer and will need pretty swift attention. I contacted Darion multiple times and he said every time Chuy would come out and look at it and contact me. I've had no shows 3 times now. I had a professional roofing company out for another opinion and they confirmed I will have water in my house probably within the next few months. Long story short, I'm now fast tracking a rubber roof replacement from a more reputable company. I would not do business again. I wanted to love this company and would have absolutely used them for many more projects but trust and credibility is gone. I would not recommend just based on the experience fixing an issue after the job. 2 stars because the inside I am very happy with. The roof problem overshadows everything positive though and the follow through doesn't exist. Buyer beware. You get what you pay for. read more

This company Rapid Innovations LLC/ Darion William was paid a total of 4,000 for tree removal and clean up. Well, he cut the trees/branches and never cleaned up and ran off with my money. He's made up every EGREGOIUS lie as to why he couldn't come back. I was left with braches, large tree logs, even a full tree that he cut down was left behind. A complete utter MESS. Now here we are over two months later and I'm blocked, even on social media. He lied about being stranded and needing his truck fixed so he can finish the job, which is why i was nice enough to pay him in full and he ran off with my money.
