Julius replied to my yelp message right away and we set up an appointment. Julius and an employee came to the property on the day of the appointment even though it was raining. Julius had tools like a saw and a tool for removing paver stones which enabled them to remove all the junk easily. They had to trudge through the mud to get this all done, and there were even some surprise hornet's nests to deal with. I can't recommend this company highly enough if you need junk hauling. Within one hour they were already loading the items on the truck. There was a mix up with the items that I needed to be removed, as I was in route to the house and not there just yet, but they never once complained or became impatient. I ended up hiring Move It On Up because they gave me a competitive bid and frankly just seemed more confident in their ability to do the job. We needed to split the move over two days because we wanted to leave our house staged to sell. The first move, they arrived with 4 people and a truck and got to work packing everything. The girls packed and Keith and Luis moved everything to the truck. They literally ran everywhere they went from 8am-5:30pm. The move went perfect and they finished in the exact time they had estimated in the initial walk through. Not a thing broke in the move. For the second move, it was a week later and it was all of the remaining furniture. Keith, Luis and one other guy showed up with a truck at 8am. They moved everything out again in the exact amount of time they had estimated. They were running the whole time like on day one! When it was all said and done, I owed him the exact amount that he had quoted me for the whole move. Everything made it safely to the old house and we were extremely happy with the service provided. I left a review there & received a response stating that there was no booking under my name for the date although I have a copy of the communication throughout the day. I was going to let it go as I have already found other means & completed my move, but to deliberately LIE when I have proof of otherwise is actually diabolical.
