After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. The purpose of this updated review was to clarify that the company that we went with, was not inferior in any way. For some reason, you referenced Uber or a taxi service in your response. I hired a superior, licensed, insured and incredibly professional competitor. Price was certainly not the only deciding factor. Low and behold, Hoboken First Class quoted me a rate $8 less expensive than Downtown Limo to go from Bushwick in Brooklyn, to Hoboken, so I scheduled the service. I checked my credit card a few days later and I was charged $10 more than I should have. Hoboken First Class basically told me I was a wrong and that none of their dispatchers quoted me that rate. So I should have just gone with my usual choice, Downtown Limo. Lesson learned. Update: The owner emailed me back and offered to credit me $10 for my next trip with them, hence my "A-OK" rating.

They called at 3:55am to let me know they were downstairs. I told them we'd be down in 10. He said alright he'd let the driver know. We were in taxi at 4:10 and at 4:15 a voicemail popped up on my phone. It was from Gonzalez Taxi dispatcher and I have it saved. Here is what it said "Next time you call an EFFING cab be EFFING outside!!!" ...only you know what effing stands for....mind you we are already in cab. 5 minutes ago at 4:25 I receive another phonecall...from another driver. Telling me he is outside waiting for us. Apparently they sent TWO drivers to my address. That...or I'm currently being kidnapped. Who knows...

My driver, Melvin, was a few minutes early to pick me up at my hotel and right on time waiting for me as I finished my interview to take me to the airport. All for a pretty reasonable price as well.
