Located just north of the Raramai Tunnels, a twin tunnel that carries State Highway 1, this rest area was a welcome stop. A highway pullout on the ocean side is accessible for both northbound and southbound traffic. There is a small walkway down to the beach as well as a public toilet that is surprisingly clean.
