My only grouse was it had 5 bottles of shampoo and conditioner and only 1 bottle of lotion - not enough lotion for a 4- person room. No breakfast service so all food has to be takeout or bought from Ricky's grill in the building.

The bed was comfortable and there were more pillows with varying firmness than I knew what to do with. Big screen TV with TELUS Optic cable service. The only issue encountered was they had to turn the water off for a few hours due to a water leak on the floor below mine. The staff rang my room to inform me and offer bottled water before turning it off. Very professional. Will stay there again next time in Edmonton for training.

I don't know if it matters, but there were like... 5 pillows there and I found THE perfect pillow among them, not too hard, not too soft. I had an excellent night sleep. I heard a train whistle once, but it didn't bother me during the night. I hope I'll have a chance in the future to stay here again.

The parking lot can get full in front of the hotel but there's also parking in the back. The staff who checked us in was friendly and the process quick. There are 2 elevators and the wait was never too long. Just outside of the elevators on the main floor is the pool area and gym. Being on the second floor, we also used the stairs and they were clean and not creepy. The room is spacious. The bathroom had ample counter space for 2 toiletry bags. There's a mini fridge and coffee area. It's too bad they didn't offer tea though and there was no sugar for the coffee which could have been missed for our room. The bed and bedding was comfortable and they give you lots of pillows. There was a sofa which is great for seating and magazines on the table. The work desk was also new and had a nice chair. The room would be great for business travelers and those on vacation and want to relax. I didn't use the pool/hot tub but it was often occupied. I used the gym on a Sunday morning and there were kids in the pool and adults in the hot tub. The gym can get a bit warm with the sun shining in the window but it's decent with an elliptical, treadmill, bike, and lots of free weights with one bench. Water in the cooler and sanitary wipes for the machines was great. The main area is nice with lots of seating and the open restaurant is convenient as there's also a Starbucks. I've had a few meals in the restaurant and the service is attentive and good food. There are conference rooms and washrooms close by too. Great option for a hotel for those looking for a place to stay in the west end!

The free Wifi was easy to access and maintained connection throughout the weekend - bonus! I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Edmonton. All the staff here are friendly and respectful. It is easy to book your stay here and easy to check out. There is always fesh lemon infused water in the lobby. There is also coffee and tea. The rooms are also clean and spacious. The bed and pillows are comfortable, the blankets and comforter are cozy and inviting. It is easy to want to sleep in but the alarm clock is beside the bed in case you have to wake up early. There is more coffee and tea in the bedroom. The bathrooms are clean with fresh, fluffly towels and up to date toiletries. The shower has the right water pressure. A complimentary breakfast buffet is provided with your stay. From 08:00 to 10:00 a.m. You can finish your breakfast once you started eating but the buffet is cleared out for the next meal by 10:00. There are different breakfast foods to eat, it is all delicous. I tried a little of everything. The coffee is good and worth getting up early for. There is also a lounge on the other side of the lobby. It looks like fun. It was crowded and had a good atmosphere when I walked by. Best Western in Leduc would be a great place to stay, when in Leduc.
