I appreciate the light shade of green paint. It's very subtle you don't even notice that it's green until you really look. As you walk further into the room, there's a nice size closet at the back and an updated bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and size of the bathtub. Even in the most posh hotels, the bath tub usually is something to be desired. I was so excited and just extremely exhausted from the long road trip that I used to lovely honey conditioning shampoo as a bubble bath. The water was the perfect temperature. The tile around the bath was very interesting to look at. It felt like a spa. The towel floor mat was folded to hold the shampoo and soap. It made it very inviting. I really enjoyed the style of the toilet and the sink. Made it feel very updated. It's not perfect, somebody got nail polish on the sink, but it added to the artistic character of the bathroom. Don't take it off. It looks fun. The beds are spring, but comfortable. There's a refrigerator and a microwave, so leftovers and other perishable items can be stored in the refrigerator. affordable, comfortable, and safe!…read more stayed here a couple weeks for business. don't let the "motel" throw you off. it seemed to me actually more like a decent hotel. the staff is extremely likable and friendly and really help in making it feel like home. there are cameras throughout the entire property inside and outside so your guaranteed safeness. housekeeping is really good at what they do and all my personal belongings were always where they were. there are vending machines in the lobby offering you beverages, tuna, chips, humus, anything fast and convenient really. washer and dryer located inside the building. and breakfast is served everyday in morning inside the breakfast area in which it is only open for guests in the am hours. wifi is free, go ahead and connect thorough Motel6. the location is pretty central to Edmonton having it be only 20 minutes away. The hotel has amenities such as free breakfast between 6:30 to 9:30 AM every day. The free breakfast is located downstairs near the front desk. There's different options of cereal, oatmeal, toast, bagel, pancakes, eggs, bacon/sausage, yogurt, and they also have orange juice, apple juice, sweet tea as well. It's self serve. The room itself has a refrigerator, microwave, & TV. The walls are pretty thin. Our neighbors were pretty rowdy so I can hear them from the room I was staying in. They don't come to clean your room every day unless you request it or after three days. There is a small parking lot available. There is only one elevator available, which can quite full during busy hours.

Very friendly staff, super clean lobby and room, and of course, conveniently located right across the street from West Edmonton Mall! Our room was incredible, we all kept raving about it and how cute it was. It was like a mini apartment! I love the fact that the bathrooms have liquid hand soap instead of just bar soap like most hotels. Oh and the beds, my goodness the beds were comfortable! Which is especially nice after walking around the mall all day. The first night there I had an amazing sleep, it may have been the best sleep I've ever had! We just made it to the motel in time for our mother's day supper. We did not see any of the sights for that day. They were squeezed in on Sunday so we had no time in Jasper to walk around the shops. The bus was very uncomfortable. No one came to tell us why we were stopped so long at Hinton until my husband went to see. He fell off the bus and scraped his knee on the side that he had a boot on for a broken ankle. All in all it was a terrible tour. It was our first and last bus tour ever!
