Very clean, attendant is usually around to assist if you need her. About 6 free parking spots directly behind store, or use metered spots during the day. My order was picked up last Thursday and scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, but it never arrived. When I followed up, I was assured it would be delivered "first thing" this morning. I waited at home because I didn't have pants for work, but the delivery only just arrived. (10am) Now, as I go through my clothes, I've found items that don't belong to me mixed in with my laundry, and the blue Pottery Barn pillowcases I had dry cleaned have turned grey. While they offered a credit for the laundry service (not dry-cleaning), which I appreciate, it's not enough to make me return or recommend them.
