I have only great things to say about the front desk and its doctors and P.A.'s, and phlebotomist. My experience at High Mountain Health on Parish Dr. has been very pleasant. The only reason I give it 4 stars is cause you do have to wait to be seen but come on people, what doctors office on this planet do you NOT HAVE a wait. But let me just say these doctors and P.A.s spend time with you. They play close attention to your condition and make sure to follow up, either they follow up or have their M.A. call to follow up with you. If for any reason they can't accommodate you they do refer you to their office on Hamburg Turnpike which does provide great service as well. I love this place and DO NOT PLAN on switching doctors. I can understand this office has changed staff members and doctors at some point through out the years, so understandably NOT everyone will be thrilled with their visit or have had a positive experience in the past but if you have nothing NICE to say then keep it moving people. Doctors are friendly and knowledgeable. They call you when too much time has passed from your last visit. Office staff is generally pleasant and prompt. I put my trust in this organization for years and they did not disappoint.

The 2 times I've been here I've had to wait 15 mins pass my appointment time. After physican assistant takes measure's my weight, height, and temperature. I waited another 15 minutes for the doc. Total time with doc was less than 5 minutes since my survey I wrote when I was with the PA had no issues. I don't have any chronic ailments yet so I consider my lucky so far. I probably do check in too much at restaurants. Too much waiting but it's only for once a year so far.

Last correspondence with the office staff and Dr. Shraytman was when I called for him to recommend vitamins to take for my osteoporosis. He said I should s schedule an office visit for that answer. I now go to another doctor and cannot believe the difference in what an entire physical consist of. Dr. Smith is a very well mannered thorough caring doctor. An example of Dr. Shraytman's professionalism is when he kept prescribing for YEARS that I take medicine for my Gerd only to find out you should never take it more than a few weeks! He kept renewing it so I kept taking it. Anyway, I am happy I will not be visiting that office anymore. The staff never calls you back and there's nothing good about that office or a decent doctor anymore.

We've done this with healthcare specialists for my husband, but fortunately we found Dr. Hyatt, Mountainside Medical Group Family Practice, for his primary care physician. She is fantastic and my husband attests that she is one of the best doctors who he's seen. She's set up an office with another doctor, Dr. Julie Kidangan, in Bloomfield (we went to an office in Verona previously). The new space is great. It's easy to drive to from Route 3 or the GSP. There is a private lot for parking, too. The office itself is bright with large windows and a nice waiting area (quiet, neat, and has cute furniture - just saying). The office is located in a one-level building, and is wheelchair accessible with a ramp leading the office entrance. My husband has been very sick this week, so I handled scheduling his appointment at the new office. The office scheduler/manager who worked with me was very polite, friendly, and professional. I don't know about you, but I've had many experiences in the past with office staff who I've sworn truly hate the world. So I really appreciate this friendly service. So without hesitation, I would recommend Dr. Hyatt and this office. As a wife helping my husband, I feel confident that he's getting the best treatment from this office, which gives me tremendous relief.
