Had an axel seal blow out while driving on a 32 hour road trip. Stopped in because this place had…read moregood reviews and seemed to get people back on the road quickly. I ended up stuck there for 3 days (waiting on a part), and within 2 hours of leaving the shop the seal they replaced had already failed. Had to tow it to my local shop where I live and had to repay for the same $700+ dollar job. They also charged my card more than the receipt stated. Very disappointed. My mechanic (whom i've taken my car to since I got it over 4 years ago) showed me they had incorrectly replaced 2 wheel studs after they broke them by using a hammer on them.. The Differential was also not sealed properly and started leaking as well in that 2 hour ride after leaving their shop. Now I'm out over 1400, when I was supposed to be on a nice vacation to see family for my baby shower. With a baby coming it was money I simply did not have, very disappointed they sent a pregnant woman down the road with faulty work knowing it could've caused a wreck. If I could, I'd give 0 stars.

On my ninth visit a young man working there brought in both my air filter and my cabin air filter and asked me if I wanted them changed. I told him I had just changed them not long ago and asked him what he thought. He said, "Well, they're dirty!" They didn't look that dirty to me, but I told him to change them assuming he knew more about it than I did being a woman who knew nothing about vehicles except how to pump gas. While he was changing them, I googled how often I should change both filters and it said 12,000 to 15,000 if you drive on dirt roads a lot or once a year if you don't. I don't and the car is rarely driven as I have a company car I drive to and from work. It was an extra $57 plus tax I paid for something I didn't need. My husband was furious that they took advantage of a woman. When I told the young man running the cash register that I shouldn't have done it because I looked it up and I didn't need them and if I remember right they were pretty pricey. He had no response except that my oil change today was $123.69. I handed him my Preferred Customer Card" and he gave it two punches instead of one and said I'll get $34.95 off my next visit. There won't be a next visit from my daughter, myself, or my husband and anyone else that asks me about there service.

don't take your car to these people they resurface 4 brake rotors and didn't even fix the problem…read morethat we requested i had grinding on the passenger side front and they told me that my brake pads were still at 25% and still good then they told me that the tracking controls stabilizer was because I needed a whole new brake system no it's just a break sensor that needed replaced and I had bought the sensor they just had to do a diagnostic to program it to the car and they couldn't do that they didn't even put it on is it oh we don't know what it is but when you have rotors resurfaced your brake pads half to recreate themselves to the rotors has been resurfaced that's not how it works you don't let a customer leave with spongy brakes that is a lawsuit because you didn't bleed the brakes making it not able to stop common Sense goes a long way and these people don't have it and I am very upset because they didn't even have no reason to be into my air filter they had no reason to even be underneath the hood they needed inside the car they need it outside of the tires but they needed to take my air filter off and lose half of my screws yeah I'm a little upset after paying $175 for resurface​ routers
