Parking outside is on the street and although there isn't a lot of parking spots on the street, we never had an issue finding a place for our car. The breakfast is simple, but fresh rolls, cold cuts, cheese and hot coffee were a great breakfast each morning. The owner and staff are very friendly! I don't know how much English is spoken since my husband speaks German, but I'm sure you can make due these days with google translate.

The hotel built at beautiful and quiet hillside, so we can't do night walk or bar hopping. But they have a nice restaurant. Anyway we had a BIG lunch with meeting, so less ate at night. Antipasto Mist and local beer, It's enough to enjoy! The room is clean, if you lucky you can see horses that breeding by hotels neighbors from windows. In morning, they serve beautiful breakfast. almost all of vegitables, meats , eggs, fishes are quite fresh and local made. Before/After the breakfast, you can enjoy walking around in fresh air... Thats amazing. If I have a chance, I will definitely stay here again!

The location however, is excellent: just steps from St. Stephens square and the other main shopping boulevards and the river. Short walk to everything. The breakfast was quite good and the restaurant in the hotel was rather good - we had dinner there our first evening and enjoyed the house schnitzel. Good value, great location, no frills - but nice, would stay there again.

The breakfast was good! The dinner at night had not much selection, like the same 5 meals for the whole week everyday and in the first 2 days they were out of salad. But the food was good. I think they're pretty new so I hope this part will get better. The people in the restaurant and also the people at the reception were super friendly and helpful. Hotel also has 2 saunas, they seem pretty new too and been really nice. A small fitness room is there too but we didn't use it. There are enough parking spots in front. Can recommend the hotel.

Our room was basic, just a place to spend the night before our river cruise. The building is huge...our room was like 3 turns of long hallways away from the elevator. They were flexible and allowed us to customize the trip by selecting a nicer hotel option for one of the nights (we paid a surcharge, but we expected that). The bikes were good and as advertised. Most of the hotels were charming and great (even though we chose the cheapest hotel option they offered)-- with the exception of one mediocre spot. Having looked into some of the other companies offering options down the Danube, I think this company has better relationships with nicer hotels. The location is very scenic and has you away from the hustle and bustle of the cities, but a short 20 minute drive gets you into the happening historic university town of Passau, Germany. The farm itself is a working dairy farm, and provides an opportunity for kids and adults alike to simply enjoy, or to help out around the farm. Little things like feeding the ponies, enjoying farm-fresh milk, and welcoming the bakery van each morning make the stay memorable. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, but don't expect air conditioning. Josef and Rosalinde Kimminger are wonderful hosts and I am amazed at how they find the energy to both run the farm as well as deliver such a great guest experience. Note that Josef and Rosalinde do not speak much English, and the dialect in this area is distinctly Bairisch, so a comfort with the German language is strongly recommended if you plan to stay here.
