After only 2 sessions I have regained about 80% use of my hands and only minimal pain. She went the extra mile to further research my condition after our first session and adjusted the treatment the next time and was spot on! She also helped me stop limping due to lower back issues. I even called the front office to check if they forgot I was in there. Last time I was here, they forgot to do a specific key measurement that I needed. They offered I come back the next day. It has been over an hour from my appointment time and I am still in the waiting in the waiting room while people who got here after me are being called back before me. I realize it can be busy but this fertility center lacks professionalism and communication with their patients.

Absolutely horrifying and traumatizing experience after I went to this clinic for routine outside…read moremonitoring at 9 weeks following a frozen embryo transfer at another clinic out of state. Brittany Linton NP began the ultrasound and told me something was wrong. She then facetimed Dr. Parry, who was apparently out of state, who told me I had miscarried. I was stunned and devastated. I learned two weeks later, when I showed no signs of miscarrying and went to see my OB, that my baby was actually completely fine. The doctor who did the embryo transfer told me 1) if this had happened any earlier in the pregnancy, Ms. Linton and Dr. Parry could have actually caused a miscarriage by telling me to stop hormone support, and 2) "no competent provider could make this mistake at 9 weeks. After consulting numerous OBs and radiologist, they all concluding that Ms. Linton and Dr. Parry were so incompetent and careless they did not realize they were scanning some other structure in my uterus and completely missed the (live, healthy) baby. Needless to say, I am grateful that my baby is alive and well, but I would not wish on my worst enemy the totally unnecessary grief, pain and anxiety Dr. Parry and Ms. Linton have caused me and my family. This clinic is a gross and incompetent money grab. IVF is difficult enough without terrible people like these.

Facility is in a fare condition cleanliness wise. Facility excepts tricare prime for retires. Staff seemed friendly but secretary had an issue with my service dog. Did not allow my service dog to accompany me to the restroom even after explained the ADA(America Disability Act) rules. The lady explained she was afraid of dogs as my dog laid at my feet...... So I was not allowed to attend my wife's appointment and meet Leonard Weather J.R. M.D. So I am not to thrilled with the professionalism of the staff as I would think the husband should be apart of fertility exam? Consultation or what ever it is called.
